“There was a giant pothole that almost swallowed my car when I was pulling in. The carpet in the lobby was dirty when we arrived and still needed a good vacuum when we left. Our key didn’t work and we got a new one, but that one didn’t work either. The shower was dirty, but the rest of the room was clean. everything in there seemed quite dated, especially the carpet. The breakfast was pretty cruddy- All white carbs with no protein and only a few sad oranges.”

“Great price for a decent motel! The room was much cleaner than I expected—it was cozy and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. The outside looks sketchy but it’s nice inside. My only concern was the complimentary breakfast. The waffle batter was runny and made gross-tasting waffles. And there weren’t many other options to choose from besides the waffles. The seating area was also very small—just one table and a loveseat/couch.”

“Parking was an issue with a larger vehicle. There were no elevators. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but the room was clean and the staff was helpful.”

“The property appears to be new or recently renovated. The rooms and public areas are modern and clean. Check in was efficient. Hotel location was great for us right off I25, which wasn’t heard. Either the rooms aren’t well insulated between them or we had exceptionally loud neighbors! The breakfast options were as expected, the ladies working did a good job keeping things stocked up. I’d stay here again.”

“Very helpful front desk. We arrived early and they reached out to management to expedite the cleaning of our room. The sound of the waterfall was a wonderful, comforting background noise. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend!”

“Plenty of parking with easy access. The staff at the front desk are amazing and kind. Please note that they DO NOT offer breakfast in the morning but do have coffee. I would go back. The little kitchenettes were fully stock with what you would need to cook if that is a route you like.”
