New to the rental market this 4 bedroom 3 full bath single family home in The Peninsula is ideal for family vacations!

The first floor has a fabulous fully equipped kitchen with an open concept to the dining and family rooms. The first floor also includes laundry room, full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed. The family room also includes a queen sofa bed.

The second floor has a large master bedroom with private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and full bath are also on this floor. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has two singles and the third bedroom has a bunk bed as well as a single. All bedrooms include televisions

Relax and grill out on the back patio or enjoy a morning coffee out front. Included in this rental are beach toys, chairs, bikes and boogie boards.

Take advantage of the fabulous activities/amenities that The Peninsula has to offer. Amenities include a premier Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, indoor golf simulator, driving range, indoor pool, outdoor adult pool, outdoor kids infinity/wave pool, 9 hole miniature golf course, sauna, nature center, walking/bike trails, private bay beach, kayaks, paddle board rental, fishing/crabbing, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center. Dining is available at the clubhouse and seasonal access to the outdoor full service bar, and 2 additional outdoor dining options at the pool.

Please note: The Peninsula amenity fee is not included in the rental and may be purchased directly from the club upon arrival. In season rates are as follows - weekly $110 per adult and children (6-15) $52. Off season rates are as follows - weekly $51 per adult and children (6-15) $30. There is also a separate fee to play the Jack Nicklaus Signature course.

The Peninsula is located on over 800 acres of land surrounded by the Indian River Bay (inlet of Delaware Bay) and Lingo Creek. It truly offers the bet of both worlds 5 star amenities, 6 miles to the outlets and 20 minute drive to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach

Linens and towels are not included. Guests are encouraged to either use a local linen service (we can provide information) or pack and bring their own.

7 night minimum June, July and August - 3 night minimum in the off-season

Finally, pets aren't allowed in this rental.

This house is a lovely place to vacation for a short adventure or long trip. We appreciated borrowing the chairs and bikes for our day trip to the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped.
