“Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht. Das ist ein Appartment über 2 Stockwerke. Um 5 Uhr morgens war es im Schlafzimmer Tag so hell und wir konnten nicht mehr schlafen. Es gab im 2 Stock ein Rollo das aber nicht funktionierte. Ich dachte mir nur noch ein Teil das nicht funktioniert. Beim Checkout wurde mir gesagt das es im 1 Stock eine Schalter gibt um das Roll im 2 Stock mit Strom zu versorgen. Ich hätte am Vorabend fragen sollen wie man das Rollo einschaltet. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Ist……

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. However, the main issue with the hotel is the centralised air conditioning system meaning the entire building is kept at 21 degrees. This meant the room was a little too hot for sleeping and it would have been beneficial to have control of the temperature.
