The check in hostess was very friendly However the room was musty smelling and damp making our stay uncomfortable Expedia transfer my reservation from holliday inn express to best western the room was damp and musty. And I will not use expedia again. Also they tried to have me book for 5 days instead 1

At first I had a room with king size bed. It was perfect for just me. However, there’s a door for an adjoining room. I could hear everything next door….which meant they could hear me especially on the phone. Not good. The doors to the rooms are heavy and slam to shut. So everyone coming and going can be heard in the hallway. There’s little to no sound proofing. Since all king size rooms have an adjoining door, I was moved to a room with two full size beds.
