Arrived to be told the restraunt and bar are closed due to supplier issues. The room was tiny, 6ft x 7ft box with a double bed in. The shower and toilet were like cupboards. The room was floor was crawling with ants, when reported the girl on the counter just laughed.

The first room had ants in it the 2nd room was not made up and the 3rd room had no toilet door and only one towel by this time we was so tired we made do. I have a video of the ants

Small rooms, bed was comfortable and fine, toilet was fine for me but for my colleague in his room the toilet was straight up broken. Staff didn't offer anything to rectify this either but a "oh well, it's sometimes like that". Shower feels claustrophobic, no room to wash yourself properly. Overall a disappointing expirence. My colleague would more likely go with terrible.

Excellent, with great Covid neasures in place
On my arrival I was greeted at reception by a very polite man, nothing was too much trouble - even offering assistance with my bags. He explained tje very good one way system that is in place in the hotel (the best I have seen in a hotel). On check out, the same gentleman, who I found out was called Ian & was the Manager checked me out, we discussed my need to return in the future as working in the area, then exchanged pleasantries.

Good all round
I liked my stay at hotel. Room was very good and staff were excellent The one way system to your room was good too. Only snag i say was the lift at the other end was out of action. When checking out had to get my small suitcase down two flights of stairs

Noise = a lack of sleep
The hotel was lovely, however a low amount of sleep due to the fact that we were woken up multiple times as people were shouting outside our room in the corridors multiple times. After calling security 3 times and going out to tell the people numerous times to he quiet they stopped being noisy at around 3am therefore the sleep was pretty terrible. Overall the hotel was nice but due to other people our stay was pretty bad

A new experience
Staff very friendly and helpful working in difficult circumstance all in a new learning curve for everybody unfortunate no restaurant facilities but food was available, no explanation on web page when booked regarding breakfast the staff were sourcing a solution.

Comfortable and cosy This was a return visit as we were more then happy with our first visit. Only down side was the shower kept going hot and cold and also they only provided one towel in our room.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
Heating in room worked ok first night but not second, reported to reception and was ok but intermittent. Controls confusing. Food in bar good, nice friendly staff and other guests. Room quite small for two single beds.

Terrible - please avoid!
Was looking forward to staying here after some positive reviews previously and looking at some photos through here and on Trip Advisor - we were sorely disappointed that the reality was far worse than our expectations. Lovely atrium and dining/bar area but that's where it ends - rooms were cramped and in horrible condition. Walls and floor were unclean, with visible signs of staining, bathroom was very unclean and the room bizarrely smelled of paint - evident hadn't finished whatever refurbishment work was started. Hooks on the wall were not secured at all and the desk chair fell apart, with several screws missing. Bed was uncomfortable and ventilation left a lot to be desired. Shower head didn't work properly, and the lack of safe in the room is a bit of a concern. Service was mediocre, receptionist upon check-in left a lot to be desired and was not engaging at all. Would certainly NOT recommend this hotel and will not be staying here upon return trips to the area in the future. Avoid if you want anything above the very most basic.

Room 148 was so hot, we found out that it was directly above the hotel kitchen, the AirCon didnt go any lower than 18'c so we asked if we could be moved or if a fan was available. We got a fan. Rest of hotel sas fine

Check in was fast and efficient. Wasnt able to connect to wifi. The room was small but perfect for one person with good facilties. There was quite a bit of noise when some other guests returned around midnight but overall I would use this hotel again

Every body is friendly and happy to serve you. Restaurant chef will cook what you want within reason . My stay here is always a pleasure. Free safe parking. Rooms are fitted with TV. Self contained rooms with Air co and double bed 00)

Lovely quiet hotel
Had a lovely 2 night stay here, there was a local carnival whilst we stayed, the rooms were clean, the staff were very helpful. The only thing that let the stay down was the plumbing of the shower, meaning the water had to be ran at a low rate or it wouldn't have drained.
