Very short one night stay but staff very welcoming and offered me a room upgrade and breakfast . The only issue was with the mini bar in the room which was not stocked and had been turned off for some time .
From the moment we walked through the revolving doors, we felt this could be an amazing stay in Milton Keynes. The receptionists were welcoming and very professional. Checking in went in a breeze and a great touch to give "homemade" cookies instead of leaving it in the room. It definitely said "welcome". ...
Set back in a housing estate it was a nice and quiet hotel. Nice friendly staff. Clean room except shower head. Had mould on it, not nice to look at but nothing came off when showering. Nice food. Highly recommended
The hotel is situated out of the city in gorgeous countryside surroundings. Quiet and tucked away but central to all the important things to see ie Woburn Abbey, gardens and safari park; Bletchley Park, Roald Dahl museum and even the Harry Potter Studio Tour.We also enjoyed a concert at The Stables ...
Positive: staff, privilege room, great shower, huge bed, peaceful location, golf course view, patio area outside bar, new gym equipment and marvellous breakfast! Points of improvement: lose overpowering smell of air freshener throughout - hits you on entry to hotel, sofa bed was metal thin and really ...
Hotel was good for what we needed it for. Beds were not very comfortable - back hurt each morning. Pillows were too flat. No fridge in family rooms only executive which is not convenient. We were 3 in the room but they only give you two towels so always had to request more.
I use this hotel when I watch motogp at Silverstone and have stayed here a few times. I picked the hotel a few years ago because I travel with a group of friends and we each want our own room without having to pay a million pounds for it. (still seems odd that places charge single supplements when ...
The flat was perfect and spacious. The bed was confortable.
One night stay in hotel very convenient to M1 Staff especially on reception were friendly and professional. Upgraded my room with grace when asked . Dining room in conservatory could be lovely but decoration and layout dire. Food Perfectly acceptable and cooked breakfast of good quality. Good to ...
Travelling to MK from Abergavenny and return same day after seeing family is now to much at my age of 79 so we look at reasonable accommodation at a good price. Sunday night rates at most hotels are low but this hotel offers full breakfast included in the rate of £50 which is a bargain.
No complaints at all regarding staff, room, food and general condition and environment. Would certainly recommend Novotel Milton Keynes to anyone. We stayed for 3 nights and appreciated the fact that we could have our dog with us - although charged extra, it didn't matter to us and we couldn't have ...
Two night stay, unable to sleep first night due to noise from other residents and from the club opposite. Hotel staff very apologetic, not there fault but I would not reccomend stay for families or those wanting a quiet night. Food was very good Wifi was not free
