Maybe have brewed coffee already made for quick and efficient access. The hotel staff were great, especially Chloi and Francine, who were exceptional! Lesette was awful! She was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional! If you encounter Lesette, make sure to ask or wait for a different staff member!"
