The view was amazing! Also being able to walk to the park at the lake was a huge plus. The room was fine, not over the top wonderful and not terrible. The staff was very nice and helpful. Other guests were incredibly loud Very late past midnight. This is not the hotels fault this is just people being stupid.

Rather than push all the way to Chicago, we wanted to stay about 90 minutes north a night ahead. This property on Lake Michigan met our expectatations given the cost and the sunrise view was great. We stayed before the neighboring marinas' High Season so it was quite peaceful. The breakfast bar provided had a number of options and was kept stocked and clean. One thing to inprove is the batroom ventilation fan which was on a timer for the whole property both in the morning and evening with no way to quiet it except close the bathroom door. Bottom line, it was a nice alternative to options along the Freeway interchsnges...

I had to leave within two hours of arrival. There was a strong odor in the hallway of glue or paint or some kind of chemical that made me absolutely nauseous. It was also in the room but not as bad. The flooring looked brand new so maybe the glue wasn’t ready. It was all I could do not to vomit. I had a friend that I was visiting come up and make sure I’m not crazy and he said the same thing. Not a habitable property.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have check the floor while you were check in and there was no checmical used, no paint was done on the floor and room.The floor installation was done 2023 feb which is a year from now.We are sorry hope you feel better

I was very disappointed about the pool. No one told us about the pool being fixed. I had a very disappointed 4 year old. I asked for a discount and he refused. Will no longer be staying here. They need to let customers know these things. We were really looking forward to swimming. There was finger prints all over the mirror in the bathroom. The tiles behind the toilet was ripped up. There was blood on the bed sheet. I felt very disgusted. If I would have known about any of this I would have booked a different hotel. This was our go to hotel for the past 4 years if vacation and this was the worst stay yet.

cigarette smoke was coming into our room from bath exhaust system. Woken up several times to dogs barking in hallway. Lack of enforcement of Hotel rules, vehicles parked all day / night in "NO PARKING FIRE LANE" and short term parking. Glass bottles and smoking in pool area.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice visit to Kenosha; including explaining the metro train system into Chicago! Would stay here again.

Price was high for the area, but we stayed here for the location. Rooms need TLC and a deeper clean. Room carpet was wet because of a snow storm the night before. Front desk customer service was exceptional. I included photos in my google review.

Meh in kenosha
Hotel is in a good location, i had lake michigan views. Room was not in a great condition, esp the bathroom. Low water pressure too. Lots of noisy guests every day, no consideration for others. The last day of my stay the maids forgot to service my room.

Very clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. On the negative side: room lighting is the darkest we've ever seen and that's with all the lights on, even in the bathroom. Couldn't put in earrings in front of mirror, couldn't read in bed. The shower could be a little hotter: when it was turned all the way up, it was just this side of tolerable, and I don't like real hot showers.

The staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were nice. The property was pretty clean, my only issue was my pillow case had red/brown on it. Not sure if it was a stain or if it was dirty from the previous guest. The breakfast had a good selection.
