We found a used washcloth hanging in our shower and nobody took a shower yet. When I mentioned this to the front desk when checking out the lady made things right. Even with the washcloth incident I would return again based on the staff!

Now sure what was more uncomfortable, the beds, the pillows, or the fist fight in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Not easy to sleep here.

Biggest knock on this hotel was cleanliness. We stopped using the elevator cause it had an extreme waxy smell and instead used the stairs. Throughout the hallway there were massive stains in the carpet and even rolled in places which with suitcases was slightly annoying. The room also seemed to not be vacuumed with hair and dust all over the floors. Tables were wiped down and bed was clean though. Overall probably would not stay here again

Was sent to room key did not work then got right key but TV did not work. Finally was given another room. Was told it was an upgrade but it was not!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable, Breakfast area was clean, well-tended, and offered a good array of selections. Fresh baked cookies and coffee/tea in the lobby were a nice touch.

Front desk staff was rude, room was dirty, there was something on the floor that we had to cover with a washcloth, there was bugs crawling on the windows and curtains, pool area was very dirty, no pool towels available and was given hand towels. Very disappointing!

The room was great, the staff super friendly, and the two connecting restaurants had a variety of dining options, but unsupervised children in the pool area put a slight damper on a relaxing night.

Milwaukee Area for the Holidays
This was our third stay at this hotel for the holidays. Suites are nice and big. Breakfast is great. Property is getting older and a bit run down. The pool area was pretty messy and no one was cleaning it up. Some of the people staying there are not the best customers. We may look at other options next year.
