First off, generally I like country inn and suites, this is by far the worst one I've stayed at. I booked the room based on value and location and chain experience, photos showed newer looking rooms... When I checked in I was given a room on the first floor. I first used the bathroom and during my time in there noticed hairs all over and was dirty overall, built up. After exiting I noticed the dirty stained yellow carpet and musty odor, then notice the very dated furnishings and sagging mattresses. Standing in awe I wondered how I managed to book this dump, pulled out my phone then noticed the photos on Expedia looked nothing like my room. A call to the front desk to inform them the room was not properly cleaned, and u was told to come to the desk without so much as a weird I was handed a new key to a room of the second floor. This room magically was like the photos, updated furnishings, and a little cleaner at least on the basics. But the room overall was in disrepair, especially in the bathrooms, and was just filthy. The obvious built up grime, evidence no deep cleaning ever goes on there, makes me wonder what other shortcuts are taken, I was thinking that the next morning when I went to shower and found someone's used washcloth still hanging over the curtain rod... I think everyone gets the picture. Good location, quiet, spacious rooms, standard breakfast, friendly staff. If your a sticker for clean steer clear. If you decide to stay don't fall for the bait and switch.
