Pros: The location made it easy for me to access the freeway to see my friends, relatives and plays while staying in Milwaukee.
Cons: The room could have used a full length mirror; it helps when getting dressed for an event.
I enjoyed my stay, the bed was comfortable and the mints were a nice touch; the lemon sage body lotion was great.

Power outage and no secondary power

My wife and daughter stayed here the weekend of 11/18. The night of the 18th there was a power outage. This is absolutely outside of the hotel's control, but the hotel staff's reaction was horrible. There was no backup source of electricity, and the staff couldn't have been any less prepared to handle the outage. The hotel was pitch black and there wasn't any heat. Overall, a miserable experience.

Rustless in Brown Deer

My first room was great until I looked at the bathtub. It had rust on the floor. Management moved me to a new room, with no balcony and a clean bathtub. However, I could hear all the street traffic, so I couldn't sleep! They also comped my breakfast the first morning.

Comfortable!

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. House keeping very late in the day, and the last day, no housekeeping at all! That's why I give it a 4 instead of a 5.But beds very comfortable, room clean and cozy. Overall a nice stay!

Had a problem with the location of my room and the noise I encountered right next door with employees in and out of their employee room. Starting at 6:00 am employees were coming in and out talking and slamming doors. This noise every morning woke me up for two days. But the third day I had to move my family to another room because of this noise. My room was located on the first floor right next to the employees two rooms one across from the other.

Disappointed

I booked this hotel for the pool and sauna. The check in was quick and friendly. We went to the sauna and found it wasn't working. After letting the front desk know it wasn't working they informed us that it hadn't been working for a while. This hotel was about $30 more per night due to the amenities which did not work. I talked to the front desk before leaving to see if we could get an accommodation and they were apologetic only.
