Definitely run down and explains why it was available and at what appeared to be a reasonable rate for a sold out situation due to concert at Am Fam Field. No fitted sheet on our bed, just a flat that didn't cover the mattress so we were laying on the plastic or rubber mattress cover. Definitely not worth the rate after staying there and will not be back unless a remodel is done. Only pro was that it was close proximity to Am Fam Field.

We were very grateful that we could get a room in short notice. We needed to get a room close to the hospital for my wife’s emergency appointment. We are also happy to know that the hotel offers a shuttle bus to home Milwaukee Brewers games and would like to take advantage of that service and stay package on our next trip.

My family had an easy and great time staying here at Sonesta. Friendly staff at the front desk that greeted and answered all our questions. Easy layout to get around to our rooms and the gym. We did not have any issues during our stay here.

I'm a Milwaukee native, and was back visiting family. I chose this hotel because it was close to where they live. Staff were very friendly. But the condition of the property needs attention. The curtains in my room were torn, and there was mold around the caulking in the shower. Gross! However, the rest of my room was clean and comfortable. Free coffee in the morning was nice, but the option of a $15 breakfast was disappointing and pricey! Also, no maid services unless requested. On my next trip back, I'll be looking for other accomodations.

The staff was SO nice! I was a little hesitant because there had been a couple of reviews talking about the poor attitude of the staff, but they were some of the sweetest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel! Would DEFINITELY stay here again if I need to be in that area again.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. The restaurant is not open even though advertised. We tried to stop by the bar at 945pm and it was not open. Staff working at checkout said weekends it is usually open later than 9 but wasn’t real sure why it wasn’t. Not sure it has been open at all during our stay. Would stay again and we do recommend it however don’t plan on a restaurant or bar.

This is our second stay. The beds are incredibly comfy and the rooms are always clean! Staff is amazing and very friendly! Overall the hotel is great. There is minor weather and tear on some of the wood areas of furniture, but it's nothing uncommon with frequent guests on and out that is common in all hotels. This is my preferred stay for the Milwaukee area!

Breakfast was not included which the Expedia app listed as one of the amenities. We were not told this until after booking a non refundable room. Also, we had to request a refrigerator and there was no microwave in any of the rooms.

It was very quiet on the property and around it. Very clean. When we checked in, Reggie was the one who helped us and was very friendly and nice. Loved his personality and vibe. The only downfall was no housekeeping and the restaurant was closed but beside that everything was wonderful!

Our roo. was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only things that I didn't like was the fact that they charge $40 for late check out and someone was banging on our door a little after 9 in the morning, which interrupted my rest. It was pretty noisy with doors slamming in the morning. I'm not sure if it was staff cleaning rooms or guests going in and out of rooms.

When I made the reservation, it said breakfast included. While I was checking in I was told breakfast was not only included and that it would be an extra 15 dollars per day. None of the days I was down there was there any food in any of the trays or anyone to be found to serve breakfast. Somewhat disappointing that something is not as advertised.

Hello Jose, I am very sorry about your poor experience. Due to some staffing issues our breakfast is served until 9 am, and currently only served on week day mornings. I have looked through your reservation notes and I can not find where breakfast included was advertised with this rate, if you have more insight I would appreciate it. Again, we are truly sorry about the negative experience.

Property was quiet, staff was great. Reggie checked us in and was great! Wish the restaurant was open being we were here out of town. I do wish we could have had housekeeping. Only downside were those two things but other than that, everything else was great! Rooms are clean, beds are extremely comfortable!

The room was not very well kept. Maintainence worked on the furnace and filth hand prints left on the wall. No hair dryer in the room and wall in the bathroom had white material wiped all over it.

Joy at check in was a sweetheart very friendly. Location was close to everything we wanted to see or do. However it doesn’t appear that they take pride in their hotel. The glass top end table in the room had something spilled under it that never got cleaned?our towel had a hole in it and the desk chair had a kids hand print stained. The elevator had trash on the floor and there was puddles of water from the pool by the elevator that nobody was cleaning up they just put a wet floor sign in front of it. Also breakfast is 15 per person and it’s not any kind of selection. Go spend it at McDonald’s and get way more
