Always had people standing outside by entrance smoking and such. Had to walk through smoke to get in or out. Hallway and room smelled like lysol

Pros: Complimentary breakfast had a good choice. Public transportation; a bus rides right past the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and we got an upgrade for free. Also they had a shuttle service we didn't no about til we got there and that was great! Definitely will go back!

Perfect for the price

You honestly can't get better for the price we paid. The rooms were clean and looked like they had been recently renovated. There wasn't a small bar area in the lobby with cheap drinks. The location was just barely outside of the heart of downtown, but the shuttle is free and takes you to pretty much anywhere in a reasonable distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was easy and free! Our one and only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room didn't actually cool the room but worked more as just a fan, so the room got pretty warm at night. All in all, we will most definitely stay again if we come back to Milwaukee.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly . The hotel is located on a busy street. I was very concerned When I discovered a small patch of dark black mold on the shower head. I had to clean the shower head andcrun the water prior to showering.

Pros: Shuttle
Cons: Staff needs encouragement to look further in their cleaning such as marks on the wall that could be cleaned off with Soft Scrub.
Location: Price was right to be able to attend a musical downtown and not have to pay too much for the overnight.
Nice to have the shuttle to get to our performance. Van could use some updating as it was not in great shape. No seat belts.

Not worth it. STAY AWAY. WASTE OF MONEY.

Pros: The room was comfortable but other than that it was awful. Not worth it.
Cons: Cleaner sheets, a continental breakfast with more edible food, more staff, a more through cleaning of the room, a manager on sight, and a real shuttle
Location: Nice museums, fun restaurants, but those are a few miles in town away from the hotel.
This hotel posed many issues, just when we thought it couldn't get worse it did. They were heinously understaffed and it took a long time for anything to get done, our sheets were stained and when we requested housekeeping to come while we were out they did not show up, during our 2 nights we never had any house keeping. When we returned to find our dirty sheets and full garbages we asked the front desk to bring us some towels and sheets and we would change the bed ourselves (not really what you go to a hotel to do) the person at the desk was the only one there and could not leave to bring them up to us, we went down and got our sheets and towels only to find they were the wrong size, a full for our king bed, we had to return again and get new sheets good thing we did because the second set of sheets were stained as well. This third set was not even a fitted sheet but by then I had settled for anything that wasn't stained. Their shuttle service was a beat up, unmarked van missing a side mirror, which for both times we tried to use it had left early (despite me calling ahead of time) and the second the driver had an emergency and they had no replacement. It isn't much use to have a shuttle with no driver, there was barely any service provided at all. When calling to get picked up the one and only time we could use it I was on hold for a collective 15 minutes. When the cleaning staff was working they would shout down the halls, not something you want in the morning. Overall BAD

Not nearly as good as the pictures.

Pros: decent free breakfast. Free shuttle except the shuttle took 45 minutes in cold and rain to pick us up. Staff was very nice.
Cons: Outward appearance of hotel. Condition of rooms. When we returned to hotel (11:00 PM) firetrucks and police cars all over the place.
Location: Terrible location.
Took over 45 minutes to find and didn't see another hotel within a mile. lot of construction between hotel and downtown. Except for breakfast no place to eat nearby. 8" between beds and wall.
