Booked it, Got Confirmation, Gave Away My Room

Worst experience ever. I booked my room through Expedia and received my confirmation number. That night I went to the hotel and lugged 200lbs of camera/video gear and luggage into the lobby only to find out they gave away my room that had already been charged to my credit card. The front desk was rude and unwilling to assist in anyway. I will never stay or attempt to stay at this location again.

Hotel Nightmare

The staff is extremely rude . Staff Rolls their eyes because paying customers staying in the run down gritty hotel ask them a question and it seems to inconvenience them to answer it. The tub is caked with soap scum and rooms smell like an old casino in a "smokefree" room .My clothes reak of cigarettes. Never stay there!!

Decent stay

Overall, good place. Disliked the strong odor of cigarettes (booked a non-smoking room), spacious and quiet. Front desk staff was delightful. They offer complimentary muffins and coffee.

OK to stay one night

clean rooms, bedding is fine, but pillows are practically empty. This hotel is OK to stay one night, but not an "extended stay"

nice hotel but rules have changed.

Nice hotel but had to ask for dishes and glasses then had to clean them. Haven't been to an Extended Stay for some time. Apparently their rules have changed. But every one was friendly and Texas Road House right next to the hotel.

Nice hotel, good price, terrible hotel manager

Pros: Clean, spacious, quiet, and nearby good chain restaurants and convenient shopping.
Cons: Fire the hotel manager who was working that shift.
The hotel never received my reservation from Expedia, and was very rude to me and the Expedia agent while we were trying to work out the issue. The manager reluctantly and rudely provided me with the room I had already paid for after the documentation was provided. Despite that, the hotel was clean, spacious, and quiet. The hotel manager should not be in the customer service industry until she's worked on her personal and problem solving skills.

Simple, longer term accommodation

Great value place for a longer term stay. I used it as my "home" after moving to Wisconsin until my permanent accommodation was available, but will also keep an eye out for these hotels for week long travel assignments.

Cheap for a reason

Hotel was nice in that it was super cheap! However, the bed was uncomfortable, the blankets were super thin, no coffee throughout the day. It was very cheap, so I'm glad we saved some money.

Nice hotel, rooms are big with kitchen area

Pros: Very good place to stay for the budget
Cons: I would say coffee machine in the room, but the coffee in breakfast area is like the coffee at Starbucks, so no need :)
Location: Very good location, restaurants nearby, Home Depot and Menards
Nice hotel, rooms are big with kitchen area, fridge and microwave. Very clean. Staff is extremely helpful.Definitely will come again.
