Upon checkout I was informed the $150 hold on my credit card for incidentals was per Expedia poicy. While I find it hard to believe, it is excessive for the one night stay at this particular property.

I had such a great experience this past weekend. Glenda was the front desk person, they were slammed with reservations due to a local power outage. Their systems were down and she had to manage everything on her own. She handled the situation with poise and grace. As I walked through the lobby, not one person was complaining or getting frustrated because of how well she handled the situation. She was a diamond through her whole shift. I will say one thing, the situation she was in all by herself, I am disappointed that the general manager didn’t make an appearance to help. Seems to me that was a poor choice for him Or her not to come in and support the staff during a very hectic and what I’m sure was frustrating to the team that was there managing the issues. Hats off to Glenda! She was a rockstar!

It was a good stay. However….two issues. I wanted to use the fitness center at 5:00 AM and my room key would not open door to pool area where the center was located. I waited for 10 minutes at the desk in the lobby for help and no one was there. Also the server for breakfast was dismissive and uncomfortably rude when she was asked for help. Not big issues but genuinely annoying. I would stay again, but with some hesitation

DIRTY AND GROSS. Literally poop on the floor in the hall. Entire place is full of marijuana smoke. Dirty towels laying in the hall. Everything is gross. People running up and down the halls yelling and arguing. They say recently renovated, I would hate to see this place before renovations. Do not stay here.

A nice, clean hotel.
Very nice, clean hotel. I had a reservation, but caught staff in a shift change and had to stand at the front desk for 5-10 minutes to get checked in.

The staff was very nice and helpful, both in the front desk and the restaurant. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable but there was a very sharp metal spike protruding from the end that we had to carefully avoid. The shower is upgraded and excellent. The rest of the hotel is in rough shape. The hairdryer in our room was broken, and although we received a quick replacement, it shouldn’t have been in the room. The cover to our radiator fell off twice, once in the middle of the night. When we asked for repairs, housekeeping propped it on its side next to the radiator. The hot tub is in terrible shape. The jets don’t work and it was filthy. There were also piles of discarded sunflower seed shells all over the pool area. It’s also not very eco friendly with no refillable water options.

I get it stand outside and smoke of a hotel but there where multiple people smoking weed playing music from a speaker and drinking it was like when you ride past a gas station and you decided you don’t need gas that bad and they only have one way in and out so you could not avoid it

Not what I expected from the pictures
The hotel was okay, the rooms were clean, bed and sheets were fine as well, but the swimming pool was dirty and we could smell cigarette smoke in the hallways. I don’t think I would stay here again.

We are a family of 5. When I searched for hotel rooms for accomodate a family of 5, this hotel was a match. A room popped up with a roll-away bed option. When we checked in, I said I need the roll away bed. Desk clerk looked puzzled and said they had no such thing. Ummmm...She asked the other desk worker, who replied "oh yes, it says we have roll-away beds on the website, but that info is not right. Oh, and the outdoor pool - yes that is incorrect also. The pool is out of service." That is a HUGE error! What were we supposed to do? Have our kid sleep on the floor?

Our room was ok other than all the body hair left in bathroom. The pool area was awful, hottub had vacuum left in it and it was drained . The outdoor pool had a sign up closed for season, and the indoor pool had garbage and floating debris. Super gross would never stay there again

We checked our last Friday. Have called repeatedly for a receipt. Gor several excuses and was blown off by desk staff. No recycling containers on room. Never again.
