We are a family of 5. When I searched for hotel rooms for accomodate a family of 5, this hotel was a match. A room popped up with a roll-away bed option. When we checked in, I said I need the roll away bed. Desk clerk looked puzzled and said they had no such thing. Ummmm...She asked the other desk worker, who replied "oh yes, it says we have roll-away beds on the website, but that info is not right. Oh, and the outdoor pool - yes that is incorrect also. The pool is out of service."
That is a HUGE error! What were we supposed to do? Have our kid sleep on the floor?
