My stay at this Hampton Inn was great. Even though it was close to the airport, I don't recall hearing air traffic. The only negative was at check out, Something was not right with the front desk agent. He barely spoke a word. I probably stood at the desk for 10 minutes or longer while he stared at the monitor. I finally told him I had to leave for the airport. He called someone on the phone. I finally asked him to print my invoice so I could leave. Again, something was wrong with him. Zero customer interaction skills. No contact with me at all! Hampton Inn, you need to check this out. This is not good for business!! Sorry - other than this, my stay was great!
