We came back to our room at 10:30 p.m. and it was 56 degrees. Heat would not turn on and called the front desk and all they could do is give us extra blankets.

First time staying in Milwaukee. Came to town for the Morgan Wallen Concert. The room location was awesome, it was right by the elevator and right by the parking ramp entrance. Limited towels in the room and the smoke alarms going off at 1:00am were definite downers but the breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

Milwaukee stay
The hotel is in a great location with convenient parking. The interior was clean but is old and run down. We couldn’t turn the heat off, or the Ac on. The bathroom ceiling was all patched up. The fan in bathroom didn’t work, it made an awful sound. The bed was not comfortable either. We have stayed in many Hampton inns, this one was not great.

Food left over from the previous guests. Used towel in the bathtub. Missing light bulbs. I was attending an event there so I thought booking a room there would make it convenient for me. Never again!!!!!!

Disappointing
Front desk clerks were as helpful as they could but overall the cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. Had to switch rooms the first night due to the room being dirty. Second room bed was clean, but there were condiment wrappers and clothing tags behind the tv stand. The refrigerator was running but not cold. Had to request an iron several times. I understand this building is old, but housekeeping needed to be a little more present.

Needs remodeling
The hotel definitly needs renovation because it is run down. There was no refrigerator in my suite although the bed was comfortable.

I booked the hotel about a month out and unfortunately the hotels.com website didn’t list that the pool was shut down. This was one of reasons we picked this hotel was to have a pool. We had a very disappointed child when we arrived.

I have stayed at hundred of Hilton's in my day and I have never seen one so disgusting. I am shocked Hilton allows their brand to be on this property. Nothing worked in the room (clock, tv, coffee maker) and the overall hallways, entry way and grounds were in horrible shape. Smelled like old gross smoke every where you went, the floor trim and other parts of the hallways were torn off or holes and scrapes everywhere. It literally seemed like it should be on the verge of a tear down. The parking ramp they have you park in is beyond sketchy and we did not feel safe. The elevators they tell you to take from ramp were not working on ANY floor. Not sure we would have trusted them anyway. Hilton...do better or take your brand off this hotel. When Hilton Honors customers are looking for a Hilton property, this one gives you a really bad name! Staff at front desk was not helpful and rude to our friends who checked in also. They didn't want to do anything that required extra effort. Again, not true of most Hilton staff. The one compliment I will give is the breakfast staff worked their Butts off each morning. Hilton: Renovate or remove your name from this property! Don't stay here!

I'll be back again next time!
I've been staying here for years, it's a great place to see a show at the Riverside. The building is getting old and some of the amenities are a little rough. But the breakfast is good and they let everyone have all the fun here. I'll be back again next time!

The location was close to everything. The pool was drained and not sure how long it hasn’t been useable. The hallway carpets were stained and dingy, and the room was a king but cramped and tiny. Overall, i’ve stayed at much better for far less money in the Milwaukee area. Thinking the hotel properties are much better in the suburbs when it comes to Hampton Inn.

The room attendant was very friendly. The front desk was manned with a pleasant young man. Mostly we got to sleep the day away once we got to check in after the hotel was full from the night before. It’s proximity to the Fiscer Forum (sp?) is definately a draw.

Fell short!!!!
We’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns, always been very happy. This one fell short. We were only given one small bath soap, no shower wash. The coffee maker wasn’t working and the tv remote must’ve needed a battery or it just didn’t work well. The beds were very comfortable, no problem there. Our plans changed and we needed to extend out stay. We spoke with the gentleman at the desk and told him we needed more bathroom supplies and towels and to have housekeeping bring more coffee and coffee maker. We came in fairly late and found nothing had been done. We left early and did express to the same guy at the desk that we had no towels. I’m not sure he even apologized.

I can’t believe what we paid for this room! I booked months ahead and it was nearly $300 for a very mediocre hotel. Great location and the bed was comfortable, but that price was ridiculous, and I found that after shopping around.

The first room they gave me was on the 6th floor and it was very old, smelly and dirty, I have 1 minute and used the toilet and all the water came out. Then I asked to change my room and they moved me to the 2nd floor where the room was a little better but smell , I asked them to clean my room and they never did, I have to call them for my clean towels.TV didn't work all the time and internet never work. On Expedia you have this hotel as a good hotel, I check in other website the have this hotel on 2 stars bad hotel! Very disapointment with expidia, I trust it with my vacation!

Don’t stay here 5th floor is hell
The parking is not free and you park around the corner. The 6th floor is a banquet hall, we got put on the 6th floor and had to hear the wedding above us until 11. Asked to change floors was told no. Don’t stay here

Mark was absolutely awesome, handled each of the guests in a quick friendly manor. He was the only one on site to handle a mass amount of check ins.

This property needs major updating for being downtown Milwaukee. Our AC in our room did not work, so a box fan was provided. Our main door, you could see the hallway light completely around the door when shut not sound proof at all. Carpets were disgusting throughout the entire place. They had the pool closed due to COVID, pretty sure they have more to worry about than keeping the pool closed. With being part of the Hilton chain, I expected much more and was very disappointed.

The staff was great and friendly. The website did not disclose that the pool and hot tub were down till December. This was very disappointing. If you stay make sure you are not on the 5th or 6th floor on the weekends as there is an event hall there. The music being played was so loud in our room it was like being in the hall. It was played till 11 pm.
