This hotel I paid about 250.00 for the night/when we walked into the main lobby I smelled pot. The lobby is old and run down. The Main reason that I chose this was because it said it had a whirlpool/hottub however it wasn't working. I could have stayed in a nicer hotel with a pool and free breakfast but I chose this. The website should have said No Hottub. Apparently it hadnt been working for a while. The hall ways on our floor were hot like no airconditioning and when I went to make a phone call to say our fridge didn't work there was carmel/chocolate on the bottom of the phone. Im not going to say what I really thought it was. The fridge wasn't plugged in so thank goodness my daughter noticed otherwise our food/medicine would have been spoiled. I can just say that I will be asking for a partial refund.

Pool is out of service. They advertise themselves with a pool. Which I always look for. And usually pay more money for a place with a pool. They let you know a day before with an email that pool is not working. A day before your stay is very expensive to find another place, if you can find another place.

The listing and pictures showed a double room king beds. There is no such room at this hotel. We are a family of 4 with two teenage sons, which was indicated on our reservation. The first room just had a king bed in it. The only rooms with two beds were both full beds and in the worst shape I have ever seen. The beds had a “v” in the middle and little padding. The pool and hot tub were closed. The breakfast was not included and while good, staff was obviously overwhelmed. The staff was very kind and doing the best they could. The product is what failed us. We stay in hotels 25 days out of the year and have never left a bad review before, but in this case it’s needed. If nothing else fix the listing on Orbitz.

Disappointing
The rooms were alright. Questionable stains on the couch... It was me and my 3 boys on this stay for a basketball tournament and the youngest two were very much looking forward to swimming at the pool, as was advertised when the room was booked. We arrived and checked in and found out there is no water in the pool or hot tub and that it is under maintenance. For $399 a night I would expect to be informed of this prior to booking. We ended up going out every day for entertainment which resulted in more expenses. I would not stay here again due to the stains on the couch and lack of transparency during booking.

The pool and hottub are closed down even though they advertise it. The check in lady said it says on the website and 3rd parties i checked again and did not say so on there website or third parties and showed them. They said they would compestate or discount or room from us and there manager would be in contact with us to help get issues resolved they never did just loed and blew us off the whole time. Hotel is out of the qay from everything. It was that good for being a hilton. Would recommend else where to stay

TV selection/options need work
I was staying on Easter weekend. The first hotel in over 40 years of travelling all over the country--East coast, West coast, mountain region, southwest and southeast--which did not have EWTN Catholic television station on their menu. For travelling over the Jewish and Christian holidays, a better selection of religious programing is needed. Many of us still pray and worship!

The neighbors…
They have 3rd shift laborers for local mfg plant staying there. 3rd shift. Early morning noise and people just hanging around hotel at day. Was not relaxing. Hotel is showing the west and tear from the excess use.

Bathrooms really need an upgrade and general construction. Coffee maker in the room wasn't working. My room was double booked and someone just got in with a key to my room. Hot tub was empty meaning no water in it and sauna wasn't working as well. Staff very nice and friendly

I didn’t like anything and nothing was unique. Check in was frustrating, they didn’t know what I reserved. After check in didn’t say where the rooms were, didn’t put our two rooms next to each other, checked in @ 3:01. We booked because of the hot tub, not working, hasn’t been working for months, nothing on website. Had a party away and called at 10:30 to see if the on-site bar was open and how late, they said open until bar time, I said great we are on our way…. got there at 11:00; closed. Thanks for the wasted Uber ride. The beds are hard as a rock, miserable to lay on, the rooms were clean; that’s all I can say.

Overall it was a fun place to stay. There was some confusion on the website about a buffet that wasn’t there. We had to hound the staff for more toilet paper towels and coffee. The best part was watching the game in the lobby with our beers!

Room they put me in was dirty. They moved me to another room, but they didn’t clean my room the next day either. Didn’t have hot water when first arrived. I was told I was going to get refunded half back and didn’t happen. Then I was told I would get reward points but that never happened either

They hotel was not at all what my family expected for a Hilton experience. There were no working ice machines. We were supplied with only one towel for our room with three adults. The hot tub was not filled. The temperature in the pool area was uncomfortably hot. There were no amenities to make your stay comfortable: coffee in the morning, bedding left for the pullout sleepers, extra charge for forgotten toothpaste. The smoke alarm also went off in the middle of the night due to a dryer malfunction. There was no notification given to guests about when it was safe to (try to) go back to sleep. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of this Hilton hotel and would not recommend it!
