The Pfister is a classic grand hotel. Located within walking distance of many of the areas attractions, it is a must see even if you don't stay even just for the lobby. At Christmas the entire hotel is beautifully decorated throughout.
The actual premise of the former PBR Brewery. Elements of brewing still in tact...which is so interesting. Very spacious. Came back for the history and the details.
Definitely a place to stay again! In a time where it seems like customer service is nowhere to be seen, the Hilton Garden Inn is amazing. They are kind, the hotel is clean and they go out of your way to make your stay as good as it can be. I even received a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries ...
Staff was very helpful and happy to help. Our room was gorgeous! Clean and stylish & very spacious! We liked how our room had so much character how it was old but yet new. The location was perfect and parking wasn't a problem. We use the laundry facilities and that area was very clean and spacious ...
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay again. The room and beds were comfortable. We ordered room service for breakfast one morning and picked up dinner one evening at the bar. The breakfast was good but our dinner was fabulous. One thing we did not love was housekeeping. We left our room ...
The front desk women was extremely helpful and pleasant, as was the valet guy. Our room was much bigger and nicer then I expected. It’s just nice to stay somewhere where you feel that your business is appreciated. Thank you Metro in Milwaukee!
100% will be going back. Marie and Andy take real pride in their work. Andy made all of the stained glass and Marie cooks the most wonderful breakfasts. Absolutely the best decision we made to stay there. If you love older houses or history please stay with them, they really know their stuff.
Only thing missing was a waste basket in the room. Room was spotless and great beds.
Everything was great. Clean room enough room for our over might stay. The lobby was an open concept and we recommend getting the $3 parking pass because their parking structure is city parking. Nice marina view and walkway
Interesting property with an interesting history. The current owners are in their second year of operation. They seem to have things going fairly smoothly. The breakfast was very nicely done and was a great opportunity to chat with other guests.
This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast and boy was it great! The mansion is huge and so welcoming. The views are amazing! The fridges were well stocked with drinks, and breakfast souffle was yummy. We stayed in the first floor but plan on returning and staying in room #2 - it has ...
The friendly innkeeper met us and shared some of the history of the home. Our room was a two room suite with a bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. It was very spacious and filled with antiques. The breakfast was delicious. The home does show it's age and could use some sprucing up. TV, Direct TV and DVD player ...
This is a small, old hotel in the middle of Waukesha. However, whilothe design is historic, it has been thoroughly updated. A bar and restaurant are on the first floor. Excellent beds and bathroom. We stayed n a double queen suite. Beats the chains by a mile! Small staff, so may have to wait sometimes ...
The hotel is ok for the money but could be better. I was bummed they didn't give me a toothbrush set since I forgot mine, but overall it was ok stay
