Staff at the hotel were great and attentive. The room had some issues that i brought up when checking out. No bed skirts on the bed so you could see mattresses. One had a metal piece hanging out but the sheets seemed clean so we stayed. The bathroom fan did not work so you could see the damage that was causing to the walls and paint. Shower could use a good cleaning or re-caulking. On the day we checked out I noticed the faucet was dripping discolored water. I let staff know upon check out and should have changed rooms when initially had to have staff come screw the cupboard door on because it was loose. We only stayed two nights because they were all booked for two bed rooms during the weekend.

Overall nice for a short stay, good breakfast food, decent parking and WiFi. Mini cleanliness type things one could easily point out, but nothing major. Family friendly!

Front desk was very rude. Our room had bugs and we were told there was no manager on site. We didn’t even spend the night as my family and I were very uncomfortable. We were probably there 30 minutes and left. Waste of money

The check in, amazing. Lobby looks clean and updated. The woman, Angela who checked us in, remarkable. A great representation of your business. Poolside rooms were perfect when you have small children.

Upon entering the room i quickly realized it was filthy. We couldnt find the TV remote so I pulled out the sofa bed to not only find the remote but tons of trash, garbage,and smashed candy on the cushions. I can handle little mishaps but there were kids toys, pop cans, candy wrappers and more. If a housekeeping missed that then i question if bed sheets were even washed. Managment offered to upgrade our room to the 2nd floor and we accepted. An hour after getting settled in we realized we were charged $312 instead of $212 for our room. Fast forward to our pool time, as we were trying to enter the pool area we were quickly stopped and told we needed wrist bands. When we checked it, there was no mention of needing a wrist band. Then we couldnt use the hot tub as planned because there were 20-30 little kids splashing around in it as if it was a bath tub. Again, hotel workers were busy monitoring wrist bands but failed to monitor hot tub capacity. We left the pool area after a short time because it was not enjoyable. We thought we would run down the road to grab a quick bite and after returning we had no where to park. The street was even full. We parked in a nearby parking lot and had to walk back to the hotel. I wish there was a place to share photos here. Ive read bad reviews before and always said it couldnt have been that bad. Dont even get me started on the noisy neighbors during. Believe me when ii tell you, its not a good place to stay. Find a different hotel.

First room the bed frame was moved way out from wall and appeared to be cracked. Gentleman at front desk was very nice and I came down and got keys for a smaller room. This one was also in need of work, both bed frames creaked loudly. And some paint and a dusting is needed

Holiday Inn Express.
The mattress hasn’t been comfortable the last two visits. The shower area needs some cleaning and repair. Breakfast had lots of choices; particularly appreciated Greek yogurt choice. Friendly staff. Close to the airport without landing noise.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were actually early for our reservation and allowed to check in, which helped us tremendously. Hotel was quiet at night, bed comfortable, and we slept quite well.
