Great location. Friendly staff. Due to the age of the hotel the bathrooms are very small.

Nice hotel, close to Summerfest

Posted Jul 9, 2016
Pros: Very modern, comfortable, and clean.
Cons: The restaurant seemed to be a bit under-staffed. We had to wait for a long time to get someone to seat us at a table for breakfast.
Location: It is right in downtown Milwaukee, with access to everything from nightlife to Summerfest.
We were heading to Summerfest for a day. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful. They showed us how to find a free shuttle to the music festival. If you have the energy, you could probably walk to/from Summerfest. We've stayed here before, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Great location, Okay Hotel!

Posted Jul 5, 2016
Pros: The breakfast and lunch were so good! It's priced an affordable rate.
Location: It's not to far from the mall and good restaurants.
The hotel is pretty central to everything in Milwaukee. It's not the Four Seasons, but it's a step up from say a Comfort Suites or a Marriott Courtyard. There's not anything fancy to make a 4 star, but you'll get a great location, a clean bed and good food.

No refrigerator. Pillows stunk. Floor looked dingy. View was below average for price of room. Overall not worth money spent which was a lot! It would of been nice not to have to pay so much for parking. I know it was cheaper bcuz we were staying in hotel but it was still a lot more than expected seeing how other hotels in area validate parking!

Good location

Posted Jun 2, 2016
We were able to walk to many of the points of interest. Friendly staff and comfortable room. TVs were a bit old and it made it hard to enjoy the paid movie. I didn't like the satellite TV service either. The sink faucet leaked wetting everything had on the counter. Not a big deal. Overall a nice value for the executive king room.

We've stayed here several times

Posted May 15, 2016
Pros: One of the best things about the hotel is the ping pong table in the lobby. So much fun when my son is with us!
Cons: The mattress was too hard.
Location: The riverwalk is so close and convenient, and we walk to the Public Market, which was closer than I realized.
When we're in MKE, we always stay at the Intercontinental. The location is perfect for us, and we always enjoy the nightlife at the bar. The rooms are comfortable. It's just a great place to stay.

Good downtown location

Posted May 15, 2016
Pros: Great customer service all the way around.
Cons: Cleaning of the bathroom. Our mirror had smudges all over it.
Location: Right around the corner from Pabst Theater and walking distance to Riverside and some great eating establishments.
This is the 3rd time I have stayed here. I like it a lot. Great location in downtown, walking distance to everything. Friendly staff. Our bathroom mirror looked like it wasn't cleaned, lots of smudges. I cleaned it with a towel. I will stay here again.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Posted Apr 27, 2016
Loved this hotel. The location was great. Right across the street from City Hall in the downtown area. The room was large (with very high ceilings) and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. It did not have a refrigerator, but I called the front desk and one was brought to my room which I appreciated. I loved the lobby area. We lounged there and ordered drinks and food from the bar. It was lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive. Over all I had a very pleasant stay.
