I did not agree with the $100 deposit or giving my credit card number again. The fire alarm went off 3 times around 11:00om. Also the elevator did not work. For the most part the room was clean and can tell updates have been done, Breakfast was good.

This is the first time requiring a $100 cash only damage deposit. Usually it is put on the credit card and refunded after. I generally don't carry much cash in larger cities as it's just a bad idea. I don't think we will be back, big loss for them.

We are expediting the process of move back to collect the deposit as well on the credit card but might take few more days to fix the issue. The $100 cash only deposit was a surprise. But they have a cash machine with an obscene fee in the lobby, hooray for whoever is scamming that money. The room was mostly clean but not fully prepped, some of the coffee stuff was used and open. Then there was the music. All night long. Through the walls. Not from outside. I wouldn't stay here again to save a hundred bucks over one of the other hotels. Find something better than the LQ, this place isn't good.
