We arrived at 6pm and were told they didn’t have a room ready and that it would be in 20 min. We left and came back 40 min later and it still wasn’t ready- they tried to have us switch to a king size bed (we had 4 people). When we declined they gave us a room number and took a deposit but told us too wait 40 min more. We were going to swim or workout while we waited but the pool was closed and of the 4 equipment in the workout room, 2 didn’t work. Most things were broken. We went to find our room then and saw the cleaning staff sitting in the room next door and chatting - not working. We didn’t end up getting into our room until 8:30. Stains on curtains, leaking sink. Worst experience in a long time!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility is really not rhat bad, but needs some modernization and badly needed maintenance and upgrades. Otherwise no complaints very close walking distance to shopping mall and eateries. Right off the Interstate.

Pool under construction. Garbage containers overfilled throughour property, breakfast mediocre, and broken elevator. First room smelled of cigarette smoke had to switch rooms. Refrigerator full of frost, door would not close, no toilet paper holder, no alarm clock, and only one garbage can in suite. Key issues. Would not recommend.

The hotel was filthy. Lobby and hallways needed to be vacuumed and mopped. The room looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The couch was stained, mirrors were filthy. The pillows were as flat as paper or filled with rocks.

Came thinking i was going to a hotel and walked into a horror movie. The most disrespect out of all is how they all (all 8 people behind the desk incluing the one playing video games) look at you as if you are speaking a language they don't understand when you inform them how horrible the room is. They refused to give me my money back. horrible experience.

The room we were checked into, room 303, was musty, and dusty. The carpet smelled bad, was sticky and there was a musty odor throughout the room. The tiled floor was dusty and dirty. The bathroom has dust and white dry wall chippings in the tub and the bathroom floor. The bathroom door WOULD NOT close. It was just a very filthy and smelly room. Then we were moved to room 318 which was a step up because the carpet looked clean in one room and then the room with the bed literally had fake nails on the floor against the wall—DISGUSTING!! The phone had missing buttons and no labels with numbers or direct calling labels like we wanted to call housekeeping to vacuum the room to clean up the paper and fake nails on it but no labels, no call and the last time I called from my cell phone I didn’t get the front desk. The air conditioner did not work and it was extremely hot in the room with the beds. I could go on but this is a waste of my time as the experience is over but I hope this review helps someone to beware of this outdated smelly hotel. We should’ve paid way less than we did for the horrible experience!! YUCK!! Still in disbelief it was a “WYNDHAM” hotel, yikes!!

The room is received was dirty. There were red stains everywhere.. the floor walls and doors. The entryway of the room floor was dirty and sticky. The tub did not drain properly. It looked as if someone swept all the trash under the bed. One of the bedside table had food from the previous guest on it. I spoke with a staff member about the conditions & the only thing he said was contact management the next day. I believe his name is Sky. He was very dry & unbothered about the condition. I asked for another room and he said no. I called and asked for an extra pillow & he stated they did not have any extra. Apparently you aren’t allowed to eat the breakfast in your room you have to stay in the breakfast area. How inconvenient. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone else to stay there.

Disgusting
All areas of the hotel were filthy. The elevator was disgusting, there was a nasty large spot on the sofa mattress, the inside of the coffee maker had a thick coating of old coffee grounds, there were crumbs on the couch and carpet, and mold in the bathroom. The couch sofa did not have any linen and when I requested some I was taken to the laundry area to pick out linens. I absolutely will never stay here again and highly recommend no one else does either.

Not happy!!!
They need to hire professionals to come clean it was nasty! Had to have them come change dirty sheets (looked like blood stains) and as I sat there the more uncomfortable I became. It was dusty, bathroom wasn’t too clean, looks like no one ever wipes anything down, nor do they vacuum, clean the carpet, or the furniture stains just everywhere! One tv didn’t work, and there was a roach just chilling on the tv stand! I couldn’t do it I checked out maybe a hour or 2 later, waste of money, way to expensive to sit in filth!

the hotel is a a state of disrepair. the carpets are dirty and stained, the elevator interior panels are loose, a television in one of our rooms was not working, the breakfast area was clean and attended however the attendant was shouting and laughing (obviously a personal call) into his phone continually while we were trying to eat and made the use of the space uncomfortable.

This place should be condemned and torn down. It's filthy. There is only one poor guy running the entire hotel. There's garbage in the halls. Everything is scared or pealing, or water stained.

First morning only waffles out. I had to ask for syrup and cream. Some front desk staff not very friendly. Didn’t seem busy which meant to me that this location is not very popular. Our stay was somewhere between poor to fair.

The hotel was not clean. Hallways and elevator were filled with crumbs or sticky from various food items spilling onto the floor. Looked like no one was cleaning the place. Hallways also smelled of smoke. Our room was better, but had a closet door that wouldn’t close. Very disappointing; we will not be staying there again.

The property was extremely dirty. The rooms cleaned poorly upon entry to our room. The bath towels were not much larger than a hand towel. During the night there was a domestic disturbance on our floor from that went on for to long which we had to call the front desk and I believe the police finally came as we could here sirens outside. In the morning their was no coffee and upon getting juice noticed a puddle on the countertop that was leaking through the ceiling above. This property needs a major renovation and new management. Employees seemed very suspect. Upon arrival two employees were smoking outside right by the entrance. In addition, I will be checking my credit card moving forward for the deposit I made as I wouldn't put it past the individual that checked me in to steal my credit card information. Bad place to stay.

Stay far far away!
So dirty it was unreal. Smelled of smoke. Pool has been empty since Covid yet the website shows a gorgeous pool. The breakfast was slim to nothing but again the photo on line shows a ton of food choices. One towel and half a room of toilet paper in the room.
