$50 DEPOSIT AND NO MEAT

the stay overall was fine the problem was I paid $50 deposit because I paid with cash THIS WAS A MAJOR INCONVEIENCE. I WAS ALSO WARNED THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE PEOPLE IN MY ROOM HAVE LOUD MUSIC OR SMOKE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WAY I WAS DEMEANED ABOUT THIS EVEN THOUGH I WAS JUST WITH MY FIANCE. BREAKFAST WAS FINE BUT CONTAINED NO MEAT ITEMS NOT EVEN TURKEY BACON. mEAT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT.

Waiting for the shuttle

Still waiting for my shuttle to come pick me up...is it on it's way? Airport security is becoming less cordial the more nights I spend sleeping outside the baggage claim area.

Very disappointed; we will never stay there again

This was our family trip to Wisconsin but we had the worst hotel stay experience ever. Dirty room, the staiway was stinking. The lobby was under construction, which is understandable. But that does not mean rooms should not be clean. I think the General Manager in front desk (who i assume is also the hotel owner) is making decisions to reduce cost of operation by compromising the quality of the hotel. Hotels dont have to do cheap job to become profitable - i hope the owner/General Manager gets this.

Should've stayed somewhere else

It took us around an hour to get in a room because the room they gave us was already occupied. The rooms seemed outdated and we're hot. The air-conditioning wasn't working right. We had to wash down a table ourselves when we went to eat breakfast because all the tables were dirty and nobody was cleaning them. The pool was small. Definitely not staying there again.
