Hotel was nice for most part. No air vents in bathrooms. Difficulty between hotel and expedia with excessive charge holds ans trying to cancel an extra night 48+hours in advance.

We’re sorry to hear of the inconveniences. We do have vents in our bathrooms. I’m not sure what difficulty you were having with the third party reservation, but we have to abide by some of their restrictions. Our cancellation is 24 hours. In any case thank you for your nice comments.

This should be listed as a 1star hotel

The one working elevator had a mind of its own, stopping at the wrong floors or possibly every floor... or just decide to go back to the top floor and start down all over again. The heat in the room was broken making all of the rooms at least 90degrees and the air did not work. We had a puddle in front of the bathroom door which never dried and the dust/dirt in the room was horrifying. And the one outlet in the room I could find to plug my phone charger into already had 5 other plugs in it, there were two three way adapters in the two plug outlet.

I’m sorry about the 2nd elevator that was temporarily acting up. The other elevator was fine. Also the heat was not broken. We were in a winter season and did not have AC because of the seasonal outside temperatures. Clearly we were not performing to our usual standards that day, and for that I sincerely apologize. I have reviewed your feedback in detail with our crew and manager. Your comments help us become better. Again, I’m sorry for all your inconveniences. I hope we can serve you in the future.

downtown

Posted Feb 14, 2017
Pros: niether liked nor disliked
Cons: pretty 'worn' looking rooms.
Location: was there for an event downtown, one night, just to sleep. not a destination vacation.
Assigned a room - went in and the toilet was running, reached in to adjust the flapper, flushed again, and flapper remained in upright position with water running again. Went to report it, they changed my room without hassle an called maintenance to see tot he problem.

Older hotel, but a great value for the low price.

Pros: Clean and the low price
Cons: A little updating would help
Older hotel , but a great value and clean. Free parking and just a block off Wisconsin Ave. Walking distance to 3rd Ward and the downtown stadiums.

fine for young folks, not really for family

Pros: location
Cons: clean rooms but in much need of updating
Location: walk downtown to hit local hot spots
longer wait at counter than should of been to check in, not most friendly.

Decent rooms. A little small but fair priced

Posted Feb 9, 2017
The check in process took me a little bit to get through the line just because you're so many people checking in at once with the staff was great the elevator didn't work what least the buttons on it that's kind of scary but for the most part over all the stay was enjoyable.

Reasonably Priced Hotel

Posted Jan 30, 2017
Pros: Reasonable rate, downtown location and free parking
Cons: Sheets had stains on them.
Location: Lots of good/fancy restaurants and bars around
The hotel was nice and the rate is very affordable compared to other hotels in the same area. You also get free parking which was a huge plus for us. The location was good as well: really close to downtown and right off one of the major highways. The interior is a bit old and doesn't look too well-maintained though. Some of the sheets on my bed had stains on them. Overall, it was an OK experience, a good place to crash while you're on the road. We'll come back again because the price was very reasonable and free parking downtown is hard to find.
