Drury Plaza Hotel Milwaukee Downtown

"Wow, what a great place to stay downtown. Came for a concert at the Pabst Theater (a couple of blocks away) and stayed an extra day to walk around the Riverwalk (very nice) and have a couple of good meals. The location is extremely convenient for exploring on foot. You can take the Green Line bus from the Airport to a bus stop about 50 feet from the hotel for $2.75. The property is very well maintained by an excellent and friendly staff (thanks again Glenn and all the employees working hard every day to keep the place spotless and lay out that great complimentary breakfast / afternoon snacks and drink service.) I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Milwaukee."

"When checking out the property before I went, I saw the options for parking were valet, and self parking for two different $amounts; self parking was less expensive and I can park my own car, but the area to self park wasn't very easy to find. I ended up in a pay parking lot unaffiliated with the Hyatt regency (although it is right next to it) and when I was asked about the parking by the hotel staff they assured me that every parking spot for their property is for valet parking only-it was confusing to say the least. The room was CLEAN and comfortable, and every staff member was helpful and friendly."

Saint Kate - The Arts Hotel

"This was our first time at St. Kate and we loved it. We were in from Chicago to see a show at The Pabst Theater and found out the hotel is actually connected to the theater. Amazing. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The bar was a hot spot for sure. We went there twice during our stay. They also have live music nightly which draws people in. We didnt get to check out Proof Pizza but it looked really good. I just wish they were open later than 9 pm. The staff was friendly and very helpful and professional. I only had one issue. I planned to work from the room and take a few Teams calls. The internet kept dropping and didn't have the bandwidth to allow me to take Teams calls or connect to my company secure portal. That was very surprising in this day and age. I called the front desk and was told that wasn't unusual and the best connection was in the lobby. I needed privacy for my work calls so that didn't work for me. Upon reviewing my bill I see they charged $10.00 for high speed internet. That was disappointing considering it wasn't really functional. My only constructive suggestion is to get your internet up to speed so guests can accessit in their rooms. I would definately stay here again, especially if going to a show, and hope they get the internet worked out. It was overall a really great experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Pfister! Every staff member we interacted with was both kind and helpful. We took advantage of the onsite amenities (highly recommend!), but also found that the hotel was within walking distance of other places we chose to visit. We would definitely stay here again."

"The only incident I had was the attendant sitting outside the arcade. I purchased day passes for the water park online after talking to the front desk. My son and I were leaving to go back to our room when the attendant told us the front desk should of gave us a separate wrist band to get back into the hotel. I should her our key card but insisted we needed a band. She was very rude and I really thought she wasn't going to let us go through the doors and we would have to walk outside to get back to our room. There was no reason for her to have an attitude after all the money we spent there."
