Access to only one elevator was very inconvenient. Waited several minutes to get to the main floor. Otherwise, was a great hotel.

Staying at Residence Inn was just fine for our night in downtown Milwaukee. Milwaukee is a great city and this hotel is in walking proximity to most attractions. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. That all being said, it lacked the character, charm and welcome that I expect from my home town. The staff were friendly and courteous. But the ball did get dropped a few times in their attempts to adequately deal with the front desk. This hotel could be awesome but for the $500 that we paid it was just "meh".

Situated along the Milwaukee's Riverwalk, the Residence Inn is a lovely hotel walking distance from Historic Third Ward, Public Market and othe local attractions! Our hotel room had a fully equipped kitchen, king-sized bed, queen pull-out, work desk with many outlets and BRRATHTAKING cathedral ceilings! Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is pricey, but safe and convenient. A bit of a splurge, but will definitely book again in the future.

Family Trip
The hotel was amazing and we loved the history behind it. Checking in the staff was wonderful however the evening staff was rude. Overall our family enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect!

Loved the room, very spacious, nice and quiet. Bed was perfect and comfy. Very helpful to have the mirror and sink area separate from the toilet area. We all loved the hot breakfast. We enjoyed shops within walking distance including a large Market. Staff was very helpful for all my many needs. Will be back.
