Pros: The room was nice and comfortable.
Cons: The hotel could be cleaner. Also, the bed was rather hard.
The room was nice but the rest of the hotel was not very clean. There was a lot of trash and stuff in the hallways.

Under construction

Booked by phone and was not forewarned the hotel was undergoing construction and wasn't offered anything conciliatory upon check-in like a free drink to encourage return business. No hot tub. Staff was noisy and interrupted collecting glasses during the conference. We took a 10 minute break every hour so why they didn't wait until then is beyond me. It seemed disorganized and disheveled. Also almost fell off the step going into the "temporary entrance" it wasn't well marked. Very disappointed. Only upside is the proximity to the Brookfield mall - within walking distance.

Horrible Hotel, nothing close to a Sheraton

Pros: nothing
Cons: condition, food, staff
Untrained staff, hotel is in terrible condition, food is horrible, it took me 30 minutes to find the door because they are renovating the entrance and 17 minutes to reach front desk by phone because the lady was on the phone!!

The reception staff did an outstanding job despite having to work in makeshift quarters.

Very tired facility.

Pros: The location is good. It is close to the freeway and local shopping. Good access.
Cons: Facilities in poor condition. The layout of the building is very confusion. I am upset that Expedia pushed this hotel on me. It was not my preferred choice

Nice hotel, close to many restaurants. Under construction right now, but still a great place to stay

Pros: Nice bathroom updates. Close to shopping and eateries
Cons: Needs updating and rooms were poorly lit. Understaffed, security had to bring additional pillows
Location: Close to malls and places to eat

Quiet night, comfortable bed.

Pros: The room was nice. Loved the shower head!! It was quiet and the right temperature without having to adjust anything.
Cons: It is an older hotel, however they are renovating.
Location: Shopping, many good restaurants, and near colleges.

Lots of extras in room such as ironing board and iron, extra pillows, blow dryer luggage stand ect
