"The hosts for this property were the most responsive I've ever experienced. Kudos to them. The property itself was quite nice with nice decorative touches - gorgeous sinks and lovely lighting. Have just taken off a bit because the living room seating is low and the dining seating high -- overall, not the most comfortable. The master bed was great. A few more pillows in the other bedrooms would be welcome. The showers are terrific. A few very minor issues were quickly addressed by the host....

"We had a wonderful experience and family vacay here. Condo was clean, great location. Could use a few more cooking utensils, hot pads, paper towels. We had to buy these to make a few meals. No ice maker make sure you buy a bag. I grew up here so I enjoyed being a local for a while. "

"During my stay I attempted to access the pool at 0800 on Sunday. The gate was locked but the clubhouse was open. I entered the pool area throughly the clubhouse. Upon arriving I attempted to turn the spa on and this did not work. I then went back to the clubhouse only to find the sorta are all LOCKED! Well with no one available to assist me I was locking in the pool area. I called the reservation number and finally got someone to answer. After going back and forth with security and texting and...

"It was a nice space, pool area was lovely. However we were locked out for about an hour due to the key pad not working and the company did dispatch a maintenance person to assist. Fitness center was nice, though it was unavailable for one day of our stay due to a cleaning. We had a leak which was fixed but then reoccurred from under the sink so we're unable to use the sink or water would leak on the floor. These are two fixable issues that will hopefully be resolved after our stay. "

"Great location. Easy access to major routes with close proximity to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and more. Perfect for our family of four and our adult children had their own rooms. Tiki bar on site was convenient and enjoyable to be close to the canal. Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the dolphins. "
