Amazing hotel and location

What an amazing hotel. It has a balcony, super modern clean rooms, and super friendly staff. Wish I would've stayed here longer. The beds are comfy, the rest room was huge, and overall it was an amazing stay. Everyone should stay here. Looking forward to my next stay here.

Perfect Location

Pros: Very friendly staff, great family location and tons of Yokohama city events going on and within walking distance.
Cons: Buffet had good food but the staff didn't clean the chairs very well as I had to clean it myself every time we went there.
Location: Cosmo World, Yokohama Art Museum, Red Brick Museum, Queens Square and tons of local city events are all within walking distance. Great location.
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. The room cleanliness is only a four star because when we first checked in, the floor wasn't clean. We called the maid service and they were up there and had it cleaned within 5 minutes. This hotel is in the perfect location. It's right in the middle of Queens Square Yokohama. Cosmo World and the Yokohama Museum are within walking distance, we actually had a beautiful view of the ferris wheel that is lit up at night. There are tons of shops and restaurants within the building as well as a subway line for easy access to downtown Tokyo. The hotel bathroom was also very nice with a large (western size) bath and double head shower. The breakfast buffet was also very good but I wish they would have cleaned the tables a little better. Every time that we went to eat, I checked my chair and had to clean off the crumbs myself; tables were clean but the chairs weren't. The staff was always helpful and friendly. They also have an airport bus service to both Narita and Haneda airports that you have to pay for but it isn't expensive and they pick you up right in front of the hotel, very convenient.

Great and Hotel with everything near by

Pros: Big rooms, and comfrtable
Stayed here for 2 nights, great staff and comfortable rooms with Balcony with great view of Cosmo World. Everything is near by and anything you need you can get. Connected to Shopping Mall and Station so even if it is raining you can travel with ease and dry. Mark is a great mall for kids too, they have a Digital Museum and Kids Play Area (Bourneland)

Amazing hotel with a great view and location. The hotel was able to fulfil my request for an extra bed and the hotel amenities were great. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful view from hotel balcony

Balcony facing Ferris Wheel and bay area was particularly nice in relaxing and photo taking. Near to shopping centers facilitate ladies in doing what they want.

Dirty hotel, nice location

Our room was filthy - the carpets were stained, spotted and so gross we feared to remove our shoes. They were the worst I have ever seen in twenty years of travelling. The hotel staff did nothing to correct the problem.
