“I wish our stay could have been longer! The suite is very big and comfortable. While retaining architectural features of the 200-year old building, it has all modern comforts. The kitchen is fully stocked for guests to make their own breakfast. Staff speak excellent English. Really really nice! ”

“This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel. However what adds to the excellence is the attention to detail of the Moreno family - they are brilliant. Their aim is to ensure you have a brilliant stay and will do all they can to help this to happen - organise taxis, recommend restaurants, help you with trip planning - you ask and they will do all……

“Absolutely unacceptable. After I had already checked in, unpacked, and completely settled into my room, the host informed me I had to move to a different one. I had to pack up all my belongings and move everything. It was an awful and completely unnecessary disruption that wasted my time and added a lot of stress. This shows a total lack of respect for guests.
