The room was not very clean and there was no breakfast even though it was included online.

Decent work out room, small pool, One member of the staff was not presentable, but that is common in this area.

When I arrived, I saw the front desk person trying to find a man's reservation. She worked on it but had terrible. The man decided to let me go ahead. She could not find mine either. She kept flipping through her book and calling her manager who would not answer. Meanwhile, a long line formed behind me. I had somewhere important to be, so I left my information for her and returned a little over an hour later. She told me THEY CANNOT DO RESERVATIONS THROUGH SITES LIKE EXPEDIA, HOTELS.COM, AND PRICELINE. She then took us to 2 rooms to check for working a/c units. The second one eventually cooled the steaming, hot room. The halls and elevators were HOT. When I was leaving a different person was working the desk. She had no idea how to work the credit card machine. She told a person on the phone and one in front of me they will have to wait for her manager to return at 4pm. It was 9:30am.

Checked in and was told the double suite room I booked was no longer available and all they had were kings for my family. This was after the girl yelled a cuss word when we were checking in. In the midst of all of this she decides to answer her cell phone. Then tries to overcharge me for a king when Expedia was showing a $15 less price. She finally matched the price on Expedia. She told me to book through Choice app next time. I pulled up the Choice app and showed her where I can reserve a double room right now. She still said they don’t have any. Hotels air was only on in the rooms. Hallways were cooking! Rooms smelled like someone has been smoking but we were told it was all non smoking. Overall it was a bad experience with the staff. Bed wasn’t bad. Room size is nice. Glad I brought our air purifier though. Helped with the smoke smell.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, but there were pipes visible in that area and it seemes like everything was very in a tight space.

Very nice to find an indoor pool. Wasn't so nice to find a bedbug in my bed the morning I left. Went to tell the desk staff who wasn't surprised nor concerned. Told me that the manager would call me. A week later and no contact.
