Great Hotel

Great hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Everything was about this hotel was absolutely better than any other hotel I've ever been too. Staff was understanding about having to check in later than anticipated.

I booked thru Expedia and the pictures that describe the room listed a small kitchen. This room only had a small refrigerate like most hotels rooms not a suite. Was expecting a suite an larger suite.

Very clean motel. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Pool & Breakfast
Cons: Queen size instead of full size beds
I would recommend this hotel. Great deal for the price.

Soccer tournament

It was a good experience til I found a bedbug in my bathroom after checking the bed and all. Went down to front desk and all they did was change my room.

All guest concerns and feedback are taken very seriously by our employees and management staff at the hotel. We apologize that our staff did not effectively communicate how seriously we take any report of a potential pest issue in a guest room – particularly bed bugs. Like any well-managed hotel should, we have a professional pest extermination company that comes to the hotel on a regular basis and performs inspections and preventative treatments. Upon reading your comments, this room was thoroughly inspected and I am pleased to report that no evidence of bed bugs has been found. We hope that you enjoyed the remainder of your stay and we hope you will give us the opportunity to be of service again in the future.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, but be aware (I wasn't) many of the rooms are motel style with doors to the outside.

very dark. most of the hall lights are burnt out

Pros: room was clean and nice
very dark in the front and the halls. to be honest it would be much more uncomfortable for a traveling women than for me but not safe.

Snowbirds with a dog

Pros: Very nicely landscaped and very welcoming
Often when traveling back and forth from Ohio to Florida we have to settle for sub par rooms, because we have a dog. This was not the case here. The room was very clean and nice. There was adequate room to walk the dog and the whole area was beautiful.

Dangerous stay

There were loud children and dogs on our floor and next door that woke us up early in the morning. It smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The beds were uncomfortable and caused an injury because of the bed frame sticking out. Had to go to the E/R because of it. Not a pleasant experience at all.
