Bed bugs

We found a bed bug crawling on the bed as soon as we got there. The clerk didn't give us any problems canceling everything and he was embarrassed you could tell. We ended up at the Hampton right down the road.

Clean and friendly

The only issue we had was the hot tub was closed. We were not told about it online or when we checked in. However, the hotel and stagg were great.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Only negative spa down and looked like for awhile.

Very clean and cordial

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and new feeling. Great employee attitudes also. Hot tub was out of service, which was a negative.

Pros: Room was Clean and Breakfast was great .
We where very happy with this hotel . We liked the breakfast . The room was very clean . Everyone was very nice .

Pleasantly surprised

Pleasantly surprised, this hotel had a great breakfast! The rooms were taken off to accommodate my family of five!

Great enviroment!

The accommodations were great. The room was beautiful! Their continental breakfast was delicious, all that at a good rate.
