Love Hilton Hotels, but this one had a few minor drawbacks. Pillows were horrible, and there were no extra ones in the closet. We were there 3 days and 2 nights and they never replenished the bathroom supplies. Never left a new bar of soap or anything! And, no light up make-up mirror, just a regular ...
The hotel is in a great location, next to good food, and a walkable distance to bars, etc, while being far enough away that it is quiet :)
Location is great especially if you're going to a Vikings game. Mannys and Keys are both great restaurants right within the hotel with hen house around the corner for quick bunch. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are clean decor is modern and trendy. Staff could improve on their approach...be ...
the lobby is very poorly designed with no place to sit while waiting for the car.too many levels to many fast food shops.
High quality breakfasts and the room had a separate living room. Staff was quite accommodating. Conveniently located downtown near great public transportation.
great location. Wonderful staff and amenities. Only downside was that Nicolette Mall was under renovation, otherwise would have been walking distance to pretty much everything including dining, shopping, transit
Near stadium, nice room, bar in hotel. Our suite had food on the floor by the table when we got there but other than that room was clean.
The staff were absolutely accompanying, and rather interested to get to know their guest(s). This place is also a real bang for your buck. Room service is cheap, my fiancé and I reserved a room with a king sized bed and could not have felt more at home, plus the shampoo was lavender!! My favorite. ...
I thought the basic breakfast was complimentary that was comprised of scramble eggs, potatoes, fruit, and bagels, however the made to order omelet was the only item I thought was a charge. May have been my misunderstanding, overall stay was good.
Great location with lots of restaurants near by. Breakfast at Hell's Kitchen was really good but go early on the weekends because it gets very busy. Close to shoppping and sports arenas.
The hotel was a good value. It was close to campus and the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV reception was fuzzy at times, but no other room complaints. My only wish is that there was more convenient microwaves vs. the 1st floor near front desk.
Nice suite size. A little outdated with small bathroom, but overall, very nice. The parking is very tight, you might not get a space in the hotel, however, we went on an unusually busy weekend.
Nice clean hotel good breakfast good location nice staff
Discovered we had been "upgraded" to a junior suite, which was a very nice surprise. Bed and pillows comfortable as well as sofa in extra room. Nice to have walkway to parking garage. Only regret - no cups in bathroom - only option were coffee cups. If we had wanted both coffee and to brush our teeth, ...
