Wifi has not been working for months at this property. I stayed last month and they said wifi was not working. I booked another stay few days back and the issue was still there. But the ad still has thiw one of the amenities.

Check in took a bit, and when i got to my room, every drawer to the dresser and end tables was open and there was cereal on the floor. The toilet wouldn't stop running after flushing (I fixed it) and the TV didn't have signal. After calling the front desk and being told it would take a while to send someone, I discovered a cable in the back of the TV was plugged into the wrong port. Neither of the safety locks on the door worked. I had requested the airport shuttle for 7 a.m. and was told it was coming. It did not. Then told it would be five minutes. Twice. We used to stay here once a month for a few years. I don't know what happened.

This is a very dated old property unlike any La Quinta I have ever stayed at before. I would never stay there again. The place was dirty and they made me put a large deposit down on my room because they get so many bad tenants that destroy their rooms.

Halls stink of marijuana, parking slots are very tight. One staff member was very nice and helpful the other was mediocre at best. Will not stay again. Stayed at many La Quinta locations and this one does not live up to the others. The room is clean and comfortable.

Their shuttle took over an hour from the time I called. Once the got there everything around the hotel was closed. Terrible shuttle service.

Culvers was right there. We like Culvers. We had a long layover and they stored our bags for us all afternoon , You{we} could walk from the motel. Sidewalks near so we walked the neighborhoods for a couple hours . Menards near by, also.

They ask for a deposit of 100 dollars plus the cost of the room and the worst thing is that they tell you that the deposit will be returned to your account in 14 days depending on the bank, on that side, bad service, they should return your money on the day of the exit because they do not accept the deposit in cash but only by card

The breakfast consisted of bagels, bread, Froot Loops, milk, coffee and unflavored oatmeal packets. No juice, no hot options, and coffee ran out after staff filled their large commuter cup.
Bed sagged in the middle, furniture was older, and facility was in need of renovation. Was very disappointed.

The room was advertised as having WiFi, it didn't. I was told it would be fixed in about a WEEK! Based on other reviews it seems like it's been out for months and they have no intention of fixing it. There was constantly the smell of weed smoke, both in the hall and in my room. Furniture had disgusting stains all over it. Had to put a towel down just to sit on the desk chair. The smoke alarm battery had been removed. The lock on my window looked like it had been forced open and broken so it wouldn't completely shut and lock.

The hallway had bleached stains here and there. The couch in the room was dirty and I did not place anything on it. The sink had a greasy handprint on it. The shower head had the bracket from the wall on it since the bracket fell off and onto the shower head. The wall by the toilet had water damage and was peeling from the wall. There were homeless or street people with their carts on the backside of the hotel where my room was. I parked my vehicle on the front of the hotel for safety reasons. I parked in front of the hotel office for safety. I checked out before 7am and could not enter the doors by my room. I asked the front desk, and they said I could not use those doors before 7am due to safety reasons. I had to drive my vehicle back to the front and get a cart to bring my luggage to the front. I showed relatives some of the pictures I had taken from my stay, and one had nightmares after looking at the photos. I have photos to prove all of this. I did not take pictures of the homeless or their carts placed around the back of the hotel for safety reasons.

Had know idea where our room was. Front desk never told us. The shuttle service driver was awesome. The front desk person this morning said we had to wait two hours before we could get shuttled back to the airport. We talked to the driver. He says let's go. The vent in the bathroom was FULL of dust. Gross.

Front desk staff was on a personal call during check in. Resulting in check in taking much longer than it should have. Very poor breakfast. Rooms very dated, kind of gross carpet. At least it was cheap.

There was a roach in the bathroom along with holes in the wall from the shower curtain rod falling off. Staff never answered front desk phone. Hallway carpets are old and dingy with tons of foot traffic markings. Smelled like old cigarettes in the hallways. Never going back to this place even if it was an emergency. I rate the overall stay a 2.

This property is very outdated and old. Lots of rust, falling wallpaper, old facilities, carpet, rooms, etc. and there was no internet for the past 3 days which causes issues for customers.

Bathroom door needed repair - dent in it, but otherwise the room was clean & quiet. The pillows & bed mattress were very comfortable!! Good price. I'd stay there again.
