My only complaint is that the heater runs and stops every few minutes. If the temperature is set at 70 the room is cold and if you put it at 71 then it’s to warm.

They gave me a room but the tv didn’t work. Do they moved me to a room with an old fashioned key. Seemed ok however when I took a closer look the baseboard heater was torn off the wall. The bathtub was dirty. I could not use it. The sink was clean it there was no stopper so I had to be careful not to drop anything.

They stay was not horrible, but the room was freezing cold. There was nothing for breakfast besides some tiny donuts and yogurt, cereal. Workes for is as we got there late and left early morning.

The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. I always appreciate having a refrigerator. The only negative was that the heater unit was a little noisy and would turn on and off. It's easier to sleep when the noise is constant rather than quiet one minute and noisy the next. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

This is the worst hotel i have EVER actually stayed at. FILTHY, no one EVER at the front desk.

Very minimal breakfast items. Only offered cereal bagels, muffins, & yogurt. The breaker behind our fridge was popped, so our fridge was growing a little mold, but the gentleman at the front desk was prompt at addressing it. The hot tub's jets didnt work and the pool cool use some cleaning. Hotel could use some overall updates, but it wasnt the worst experience I've had at a hotel. Kinda spendy for what you get, but I suppose it's nice and close to downtown Stillwater.

Holes in the wall and kicked in bathroom door from a previous domestic. Outdated decor. Bedbugs in another room of someone in my group. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the property. Would avoid staying here at all costs.

The room smelled like someone had urinated on the floor. I didn’t have time to report it as I had a wedding to attend. But my wife and I never slept in the room. And would like a refund.

Check in was easy, decent location off the highway. The bathroom light didn’t work, the carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed for some time. There was blood on the curtains. Offered breakfast was mediocre at best, there was no proteins, not even peanut butter for the bagel or english muffin.

After reading reviews, i was worried but our room was nice! No hair dryer in the room & the curtain is falling off. Our bed was comfortable, pillows good! Wayer pressure was great!! Front desk was ok. Pool area was ok, only 1 clean towel & dirty towels all over but the hottub was nice! Overall, not too bad!°

Cigarette butts on the sidewalk. WiFi did not work in my room (worked fine in the dining area). GFI went off multiple times leaving us without lights. Manager was nice to call and tell us we had forgotten our iPad.
