The room was mostly clean. The bathtub was a bit grimy and maybe needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was convenient because there were a few dining options around.

We had such amazing service from the front desk. Unfortunately I do not recall her name(Corine?)but was helpful and extremely nice. Booked Ubers for our ride to the airport in morning. Have nothing but amazing things to say and will definitely recommend to friends. Thanks so much!

We stayed for a week at Best Western Plus Eagan, MN. The staff member LACEY went above and beyond her job role to make us feel like we're the only family in the hotel. She is a very kind and helpful lady. Excellent job

Great location!
The location was great! A short, easy drive to the airport. The bedding was a big disappointment, not at all comfortable. The climate control did not seem to heat/cool the room adequately.

HORRIBLE! After getting our keys, we went to our room. It had a privacy sign and keys didn’t work. The desk blamed housekeeping and said it was already booked. Went to another room and the fridge was COVERED in mold inside. Not to mention the room smelled HORRIBLE. Cancelled our room and went across the street to another hotel!

Staff were accommodating.our room had an old period or pee stain on the bed and our toilet had pee stains that hadn’t been cleaned. Our air conditioner was broken, based off all of this they happily moved us rooms. Hotel is just a bit old I guess. New room was good, just a bit damp feeling my Birks felt wet every morning.

It was good stay
It was a good stay. Breakfast can be improved. We had sausage for 5 days. Our room can be updated too. I love the coffee machine. Best coffee I have ever had. Pancake was good too. Nice area too. Close to all and quiet area.
