Thank you for the response. I can totally appreciate your comment about "Lots of airplanes". If you do stay with us in the future, be sure to ask for a westward facing room. These are on the opposite side from the airplanes and the noise is dramatically lower.Wishing you all the best!

I will work with the housekeeping manager to determine who cleaned the room and provide them with additional training. As for the lack of hot water, we had an issue with a mixing value that we had repaired yesterday. I know this won't help your recent visit, so I am going to issue you a credit of 100 for the inconvenience. I will process it today but it may take about 5-7 days to hit your credit card account.Again, my sincere apologies!

The front desk staff should have informed you at check in that housekeeping service is done on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and upon request.
