Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds
Posted Nov 27, 2016
We stayed at the Brooklyn Country Inn and Suites during Thanksgiving. The staff, breakfasts, and beds were great. The reception area is welcoming and cookies were always available. Other areas are getting worn out and need to be updated. The night club next was loud the first night we were there. Staff was apologetic and offered to move us to a quieter room. We were upgraded to a handicapped room when we arrived due to a temporary physical issue, and appreciated that. It did not have a walk -in shower, which was not a problem for us, but could have been for someone else. Overall, we had a good experience, and we'll stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write about your recent stay. We are delighted to read that you enjoyed your visit while visiting Minneapolis and that the accommodations including breakfast, the bed comfort and the staff met your expectations. We apologize for the noise that came from the restaurant next door. We have shared your feedback with the owner. We know that there are changes taking place at the first of the year and we are excited for the customers feedback.
We look forward to having you with us again when your travels brings you back to the area.
