Toilet didn’t work, shower and bathroom were really dirty. Almost everything was out of date and the staff wasn’t nice at check in

The room is small and dated. The bed was okay, Breakfast was good. The bathroom needs some attention. Toilet made noise and the sink didn't drain very well. For the price, and location these small issues should be overlooked. I would stay there again because it was close to the arena and the price and parking availability was great.

This is an older hotel, but it is clean and convenient to U of M activities. The staff were excellent and courteous even with a lot of people checking in and out.

My husband and I are usually pretty icked by hotels, but they were super clean. They also offer a lot of nice little amenities like free coffee 24/7, and different kinds of vending machines. The breakfast was a little light, and it’s on the second floor which is confusing at first.

It was what's to be expected for a room under $100. The staff were outstanding both at night and the morning. Breakfast was alright, nothing to write home about.

The included breakfast was extremely convenient. I stayed there while visiting my daughter at U of MN, so very conveniently located within walking distance.

This is a very outdated hotel. The rooms are stuck in the late 90’s and my friend and I found a few issues with the beds. One bed had interesting black things (don’t think they were bed bugs but still made her question what they were) and one bed I had used had a cigarette stain on the mattress cover. The staff at the front desk were extremely accommodating and helpful, even though we had to check out early and change hotels. It was a more affordable option while traveling and so we definitely paid for what we got.

This is in walking distance of U of M Clinic and we've been coming here for a decade. It was of course iffy during the Black Lives Matter riots and the door, since, has a speaker you need to use to enter, but otherwise, it has always been clean and the staff friendly.

It’s was a baby bottle under the bed. And when we asked for an extra blanket we were told that we couldn’t get one until housekeeping came in at 8:30am.

Hotel was fine overall. The radiator fan in the room was very noisy and the walls are thin, other than that it was easy to take the metro to usbank stadium and get back after the game.

Game day stay
The only bummer I discovered through hotel staff was any food delivery service cannot find the hotel because the business that was previously on that lot keeps coming up in the drivers GPS, NOT the hotel everything else was great

The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is a bit limited but available. It is on the outskirts of the city so not an easy walking distance to the centre but the hotel is right next to a light rail link station which take you all the way downtown.
