Check in staff was rude the room was dirty when I asked for it to be cleaned they said they were to busy and there wasn't any hot water when wanting to shower overal was very unimpressed. The guy that drives the bus was very nice and friendly though

Parking costs but good location.

I had a nice time here..the location is great right in downtown St. Paul. The staff was friendly, room was clean, had a fridge and microwave and nice single pod coffee brewer. All those things you don't find in all hotels. Sheets were nice and the bed was comfy. The towels were a little rough seems like they had been washed to many times some new ones would help! The parking was 15$ which isn't too bad being in that location. I would stay here again. They also give you free cookies!

Great hotel located in downtown St Paul

Pros: Location is great, room was very clean
Cons: The woman checking us in was a little short at times, pillows were not comfortable
Location: Xcel Energy Center, great food and bars
Love the hotel, love the location in beautiful downtown St Paul.

Downtown weekend

The location was close to our activities. We were able to walk to all that we did. Staff was very friendly. Even though they were generous with the cookies, coffee was difficult to come by. We also missed a hot tub.

Great gem.

Great gem. Hard to find. Had to pay $16 for parking. Worth if if you have an event to go to at the xcel energy center.

Great location in St. Paul

Pros: location
Location: Lots of entertainment nearby within walking distance. Hotel was right on skyway system.
Stayed for 1 night during St. Paul winter carnival. Check in was great, room was clean, staff very helpful.

Small bathroom and small room for a King

When we walked into the room, whoah...smoke smell! On a nonsmoking floor of course. I sprayed febreeze I had in my luggage. It was still there every time we got back to the room. The bathroom was very small. I have definitely paid the same kind of price at other hotels for a lot more space overall. And the fitness center and pool were also compact size! Just didn't feel like I got a great deal for such small amenities.
