You paid cheap you get bad quality stay
My wife and I had many events to sate d Saturday and Sunday so we decide not worth driving back home to Wisconsin for 2 hours and return up the next another families event up in Bethel area so we decided to rent a hotel instead. We did little research and decide to stay at this hotel since we were familiar with the name. When we arrived for checkin we met 3-4 teenagers at the door and the just walk right between us as though we weren’t there. We checked in was fine however as we got into the Elevator I can smell this strong odor inside and in the hallway in third floor. Upon entering our room the room was hot and very smelly as someone just smoke in the room. We open AC and windows for several hour but that didn’t help at all. The room continue to smell badly and unbearable to fall sleep. I feel this is not a hotel but a motel quality and services. Do I recommend anyone, NO I would not recommend anyone unless you don’t care for the smelly smoke in the room and strong odor in the hallway.

I wanted room with kitchenette, so I could cook. They had no dishes in the room! Nothing at all!! They shouldn't advertise room with kitchen if they don't supply the dishes. Television signal went out my last night of stay.

No bath towel , dishes , clean bedding or telephone in room. Cigarette bud in hall way and all over the parking lot. have to return your dirty linens to front desk to get new ones to change your bed. no house keeping service

Basically a flop house for homeless in the area and NOT a traveler’s place to rest. The people are very poor but safe. The hotel hallways smell very badly of smoke as it is a cheap hotel atmosphere and not an Extended Stay. Avoid.

typical smelly unclean hotel
When I am greeted with a heavy aroma of cheap air freshener at the lobby, it usually means they are trying to cover up something. I was correct, pet smells, smoking in rooms. etc. I found hair in the shower and the room smelled as well as the entire place.

Their "breakfast" consisted of a cart with wrapped muffins and granola bars, one big crafted of cold coffee. The room type I paid for was not available upon check-in but I had to ask for a refund of the rate difference.

Incredibly disappointed
They obviously are experiencing many challenges at this location. I've had great experiences at Extended Stays but I cancelled my second night and would have not stayed the first if I could have gotten my money back. 2/3s of the staff was fine and willing to try to help the other 1/3 was really bad. My room had a strong smoke smell even though it was a non-smoking room. I asked to be moved and they had no other Kings. I attempted to clear out the smell with open windows & AC but still was giving me a headache. I asked again and got a room with queen bed which was better. The bed was-lets say-well used and the bathroom fan was incredibly noisy. They said due to covid they didn't have dishes in the room, which I didn't care about, but there was no in-room coffee which is a big deal for me.

The property around the area is run down. The hotel itself looks good on the outside but inside its not cleane or maintained. Stairwells are dirty with trash and debris. Carpet in my room dirty and stained. Furniture in the room brokendown and stained.

Hotel.com said that they offer coffee, fast wifi, coffee maker in the room, etc. They had nothing. No coffee anywhere there, and I asked for hot water, they said they don't have hot water. Wifi is too too slow. You can't even load a website with their wifi. I went there with my wife on our anniversary. Thanks to hotel.com, you gave us a memorable one. Stay away from this place. And hotel.com, pleace check those hotels before you include in your website.

Good sleep, good price.
A goofy customer was ranting at counter staff when I came in. Staff handled her well. There was no no USB port to charge my phone. The generic tv remote could only turn the tv on and off, volume up and down. Took me a while to find a way to change channels. Bed very comfortable! Spent most of my time sleeping, so tv was a low concern.

The property is surrounded by litter and is very unsafe. Once I got in hotel they declined my friend as they weren't 21. I was the one who booked the hotel, why does she need to show her ID. The staff was very petty and can't kept the outside of establishment clean.

I booked a room online and when I made it to the hotel I was informed that no room was available after my card had already been charged to hold it. I received no call to let me know about the change. I asked about a refund and was told by the employee that I would have to wait because she couldn’t refund me from her computer. After going to a friends room who is staying at the hotel and making several phone calls about the situation my friend decided to go and have another talk with the employee and magically a room was available. I will never stay at this hotel again. Another resident informed me that the hotel has a bed bug infestation and that’s why rooms are unavailable.

During check-in was given incorrect keys to a room that was reserved for myself, the attendant feel she would hear to that and gave the room away to someone else while giving me their keys. Long story short walked in on someone with shared keys. Then was placed in a completely different room and requested on reservation. Awful amenities awful service awful staff horrible communication, and customer service. Would never recommend it to anyone not even a homeless person. I am highly stressing to have the Better Business Bureau adhere to the situation as soon as possible due to invading a customers privacy and failing to adhere to a reservation request and cost of that reservation. Definitely fraudulent.
