I am sorry to hear that you did not approve of the pillows that were included with your room during your visit. We just ordered all new pillows to replace the old ones. I am also sorry to hear that your room did not keep the outside noise out as well as you wanted. We are having renovations done in the near future. Noise proofing the rooms is one of the many different things we are hoping to improve with our renovation. We hope you decide to stay with us again the future. Thanks
