I liked the staff and facilities, but was disappointed in the shuttle service. Expedia did not indicate that the shuttle was only available M-F, 0500-1300. My booking was for Friday evening, so, no service for me, costing me another $30.00.

Bed & bedding I'd love to have @ home. Nice staff & housekeeping. Great shower. 1 negative...power source for coffeemaker didn't work & was sticky, greasy & gross. I didn't need it but reported to front desk on day 2 of stay. Nothing done about it at end of 1 week stay.

No shuttle - very disappointed.
I specifically booked at this location because hotels.com said A shuttle to the hotel was available. When I checked in I was told that the shuttle was not available and hadn’t been since COVID started. Very disappointing. They also told me they have informed hotels.com and asked that the site be updated but nothing changes. Very disappointed.

Meh, it’s a bed to sleep in
Staff was friendly at check in. Room looks like it might be partially renovated. Bathroom looked like it had work done, but oddly so. The toilet paper is down by your ankles attached to a corner vanity counter. The rest of the room was dated, carpet lumpy, and the bed had seen better days, stains on the ceiling, dead bolt didn’t work. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but I’d expect rooms to be completed and not partially finished before guests are allowed to stay in them. Oh, and getting woken up at 2am for a fire alarm was an additional delight.

You have to pay $12.95 for the breakfast. The piece of paper they give you says “complimentary breakfast” I don’t know if you understand what complimentary means. Should have been free not $13
