Front Desk staff on check-in was excellent. Very Helpful and courteous. Room was clean. Pool and hot tub in good working order. Hot coffee in the lobby. Very good experience.

Hotel had hair and animal hair all over the beds… BOTH BEDS!!! I told the staff and she switched me rooms. It was absolutely disgusting to know they tried to have me and my sister sleep in 2 used beds…. Not just 1 but 2.. the first bed had longer hairs… that’s why made me check the other bed. Upon checking the other bed I almost threw up over all the print hairs…..

The young lady who works the counter was very nice and Courteous! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend staying to everyone I know.. breakfast was good. The hot tub and pool area was relaxing and clean.

Very clean and quiet. The beds were excellent. Had a great nights sleep. The room furniture is a little outdated but the cleanliness of the hotel outshined everything.
Definitely will return when in the area.

Not the best!
The staff at this hotel were great, but the facility is getting “tired” and needs to be refreshed. We also had a problem with the fitted sheet being too small for the king sized bed and it came off in the middle of the night. It is probably time to look for a better hotel to stay at when we come visit family.

Everything about my stay met or exceeded my expectations. Staff was above average, room i selected above average, the breakfast/breakfast area was above average. It is close enough to two larger shopping areas with several dining options but distant enough to be safe and quiet.

It was an ok hotel but my room had only a tiny bit of shampoo and conditioner left in the bottles. It wasn’t enough to wash my hair. The room smelled like smoke. The room I had was huge but the furniture was lacking. A stained couch that I didn’t dare sit on and a couple of chairs, and then a lot of empty space. The jetted tub was nice but some anti slip features would make it easier to get in an out of. Other that the couch it was pretty clean. The bedding was comfortable.

We have stayed many times and always thought the hot breakfast was good. But today, there was only sausages, no eggs or omlets as in the past. Really seemed lacking. And when asked, the girl tending the food area seemed to not know what I was talking about. A disappointment. We left to go out for breakfast.

Mutiple issue with bathroom maintenance, broken handles on shower door, toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, shower wasn’t cleaned from previous guest I found a soap bar with lines in it. And the bed had a massive body size depression in it causing a not so comfortable sleep.

The original room that was booked was not available so they moved us to a different room and had to bring in a roll out bed. Ceiling was cracking and falling down on the work desk and carpet.
