      Nice hotel in a great location. Was displeased with the lack of information in the room (i.e. no room service menu nor menus or advertising for nearby food/bars/restaurants, no brochures about local attractions or events, no phone book). I don't like to call the front desk for every little need. Complimentary breakfast was poor. There were a few different options of eggs, but only one meat option was available (chicken sausage). Breakfast goes from 6am-10am, but all the food was soggy and lukewarm when I arrived at 8am. I really liked the room and the hotel location. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. Security was good, you even have to use your room key for the elevator.

      This hotel was perfect for our needs. Really awesome location downtown that was bustling at night, close to Target Field and skywalk access. It was also very accommodating. Their was a free continental breakfast which was really good and varied daily on selection. Gym was really useful - free weights, yoga mats, bench, cardio machine and pulley rack. Free coffee and tea station 24/7. Really happy to have stayed here.

      It’s very clean and secure. The front desk and security were not friendly and treated us in a manner which made us feel uncomfortable. I had to stand in the foyer for about 5 minutes till the front desk person came over to ask me what did I want. She buzzed the door for other guest who were of a different nationality right away. Security would not allow me to get on the elevator until he check information even though I had my room card in my hand. Always questioning us and making us feel unwelcome. I like staying at hampton hotels and I wonder if this treatment is indicative of this hotel or common practice through out the chain I will tell my friends, family and employees of this experience for their future stays.
