Staying downtown. Minneapolis

This hotel fitted my needs very well. Close to the downtown area. Close to the major public transportation hubs. Modern. Free wifi. Gym for a workout. Breakfast with my reservation. And very very nice staff.

Great hotel in Downtown Minneapolis

Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was great. Exercise room was great.
Location: Either a free breakfast or more affordable breakfast option at the hotel.
Enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and nice. Pool and exercise room were great. Note that besides hotel charge, you will get charged $25.00 per night for a valet fee to park your car. I wish that breakfast was either included or at a more reasonable rate.

Very pleasant...but disappointed about parking fees and expensive breakfast... hotel suited for more affluent patrons rather than working class

Part of the HGI philosophy is to do things A' La' Carte so guests don't have to pay for what they don't use. Our parking fee is actually the least expensive in the city, and if you are a GOLD or DIAMOND member you can choose comp breakfast as a welcome amenity. A large group of us came up for a bar crawl around the cities. The pool was nice, just wish there was a hot tub.

great location to the Convention Center and downtown walking area. Friendly staff, and they had free coffee, tea and fresh cold water downstairs.

We were in town for the Husker game, hotel was in a great location, friendly staff and great rooms. I would highly recommend staying here, and will stay here in the future when the Big Red are in Minneapolis again

Stayed here for a wedding that was in Downtown Minneapolis and the staff were very helpful with everything requested.

No big deal

Stayed for one night. Staff was friendly but not professional. Side conversations kept going on when I checked in. The room was nice but it had a weird smell. The parking was far and valet was expensive. I've stayed in much nicer hotels for less money. Overall not impressed. Will stay somewhere else next time.
