Spent More On Transportation Than Hotel!

The hotel shuttle was a scam. They had a car service that costs us $45-$55 each way everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was located close to places like the stadium and some stores but be prepared to walk if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars to get there. I traveled with a person that was disabled so walking was not an option. We come to Minneapolis every year for a game but will not be coming back to this hotel.

special touches

Pros: I liked the sweet treats, coffee and cucumber water in the main lobby.
Cons: tv on a different channel in the main lobby
Location: convention center, restaurants
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference nearby. It was very conveniently located, walkable to food places and the hotel had some special touches.The hotel cleaning staff would leave cute motivational post-it notes of kind words you didn't know you needed to hear. I appreciated that small but meaningful gesture. Valet staff always held doors open for me when I was with my 2 year old in her stroller- the little things that make a difference.

Value hotel close to convention center

I was only there overnight. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV had lots of channels to watch. When the staff knocked on my door in error in the middle of the night they apologized and gave me a free breakfast and extra HHonors point as compensation. The hotel was an easy walk to the Minneapolis Convention Center.

The Quietest room EVER.

Location: Had great weather so walked quite a bit to the River, restaurants, my meetings and a movie. Uber is the best for getting around when not walking.
I stay in many hotels and one issue that frequently emerges just after I head to bed is noise. But here, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Minneapolis, it was the SILENCE that was GOLDEN! No slamming doors. No noise coming through the walls. No toilets heard flushing. No road traffic. Just QUIET. I slept better than I had in ages. Woke to a cheerful wake up call and a great breakfast. All perfect. Loved it.

Location: Good location and we had valet service that was relaxing and didn't have to worry about finding where to go and parking. Valet driver was very courte
An all around good place to stay. Everyone tried to keep us as comfortable as possible and everything we needed was available!
