clean, quiet hotel

would only recommend that the housekeeping staff at least knock or give a little more of a warning prior to entering a room.

I hate staying in hotels but was there for one night and very satisfied. I would stay there again. Staff were fantastic!

Nice hotel...great shuttle and friendly staff.

Shuttle driver was friendly and pleasant...checked in late and front desk was welcoming. 1 night stay for a stopover, they were helpful in providing a shuttle back to the Mall the next morning early. Room was average and clean. Slow elevator but that's minor. Fast good places, target and Walgreens within walking distance. Not bad overall

Nice atmosphere. Room was clean, but the bed was made wrong. However the bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel and staff.Free shuttle to MOA!

We recently stayed and had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful and they have a free shuttle to Mall of America of which was wonderful after a long day of shopping. The hot tub and pool were also very nice.

Almost The Worst

Pros: At least the hotel staff were not illegal immigrants. This practice of hiring illegal workers is common among some Hilton franchises (Milwaukee, WI) .
Cons: Cleanliness, hospitality, responsiveness to customer complaints. Most hotels would offer a refund, but not Hilton.
This was almost the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, thus leaving the filth of the past tenant behind. The room walls were paper thin, which meant you could hear everything from the rooms on either side and above. There were loud tenants above for the first couple of nights, then loud tenants on the sides of my room for the rest of the week. At one point, I awoke at 3am to discover a raucous teen party going on next door. I called and complained, but it took some time for the staff to respond.

Nice room

Pros: Everything
Cons: TV wasn't good, no volumn control, no program guide.
Location: Visited friends only , did not do much sightseeing
Very nice room , pleasent staff, good food. Would stay again or recommend.

Pros: Location and appearance.
Cons: Nothing
The staff were extra special and very accommodating. They helped me with my handicapped friend and made me feel like a queen. The room was so comfortable and clean.
